Remarks

Our college ranked A grade by nba and ranked 2nd autonomous college in placements and they focus more on students and their problems and help them to solve it in better way some teachers have extremely technical knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview

Our course curriculum is advanced kind because ours is autonomous college and our curriculum includes the current industrial advanced method of teaching learning process and they teach in that manner itself.

Placement Experience

Placements training is done in every semister almost in name of cil in which they train us how to crack interview exam and how to improve our communication skills for hr interview and so on from initial itself.

College Events

Usually we celebrate two fests in academic year, one is a intra college fest called vibratios in odd semister and an inter college fest called furore in even semister and ethnic day, technical day ect.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure depends on how you joined to the college, like if you joined through common entrance test and a government seat it will cost about 1 lakh per annum and if joined through management quota 2-3 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

Usually in Karnataka we can apply for government scholarship named kar epass, where you will get about 20 thousands per year and you will get educational loan from common entrance test (CET) board in just 2% interest.

Campus Life

Laboratories includes very equiped components and large laboratories. For sports we have seperate department and our college teams participate in many tournament in cricket, football, vollyball, throwball etc. hi

Hostel Facilities

No I'm resident of Bangalore itself.but if want to know about the hostel fee means it will cost about 80-90 thousands per annum. Initially they will take some 15-20 thousands as advance and they will return in last. Food is average.

External Expense: Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna

Our college tries to get together students with their seniors and make them learn in better way and most of the students residents of nearby areas of our college and some students give their previous year notes to hostelits

Admission

I wrote common entrance test (CET) Karnataka. And I got 7658th rank and in first and second round i got different colleges and I got this college in 3rd round in CET councling. You should wait till the last round to get better college.

Faculty

Our faculties are well PhD graduates and they teach in very technical manner they use advanced technologies like ppts and tutorial videos etc. And our head of the department (HOD) is professor and he is from IIT Bombay.

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

From 7th to 8th semester students become eligible for campus placement and various types big hotel brands, airlines, cruiselines and big companies visit to recruit or give placements to students and average offers are made around 600000 lakhs per annum. Collage provides 100% placement to students and we go for intership twice, once in 3rd semester and second in 8th semester. we can choose whereever we want to do our intership even we can apply for abroad interships. After I complete my degree I am planning to get a job in any international brand or cruiselines then after 2-3 years of experience I will do complete my masters then I will settle down with a nice job in India.

I had some priorities in the colleges and I placed the colleges in the same order Dayananda Sagar College of engineering was in my 6th option and after me getting my ranking i saw the previous year cutoff and I was sure that Dayananda Sagar College wil be the college i will get according to my option entry and my rank And i was also fixed to this college itself I didn't see the above 5 colleges as my option because my ranking and the college cutoff was not matching and had great difference and i didn't got admission to any other college i directly got admission in the same Dayananda Sagar College after the allotment through the dcet exam I wrote the dcet exam after completing my diploma they take the average of last year of diploma and the dcet score and average them and give the ranking these are the main criteria and the college gives space for students according to the categories given from the government for each category certain seats should be given to those category students itself like that...Read More
