Life of mtech student in pondicherry University

If any one want to study in University culture it's the best college to join.Because from Kashmir to kanya kumari we will get students so after coming out from college you can easily move to any state with out any fear of language or culture or anything else.

In exam mostly they asked about all the topics covered in B.tech for example communications and EDC and in computer networks. Most of the topics they have been covered.and they have given 100 questions with each correct answer gets 4marks and wrong answer gets negative 1mark

They don't have separate placement cell it is combined with CSE and IT so placement has to be taken care of by student. coming to stipend if you have valid GATE score at the time of joining, your eligible to get 12400 rupees per month, but student have to apply him self department won't do these things

They will celebrate Fest name sparsa every year and so many work shops, every month they will celebrate different events we can feel the University with different events in different departments, everyone can attend all the events in University

Entire course of Mtech will take maximum of 30k for academics when I was studying and for hostel it may take maximum 45k for 2years. I feel like this fee structure is convenient for middle class people also. Here they will provide University merit scholarship for top 10 students with 1000 rupees per month and 1st rank student will get 2000 per month. So among 30 students it's not a big deal to be in top 10. So average student also will get 1000 rupees per month

I have not applied any education loan but for minority scholarships they will provide around 75k per year, whoever belongs to minority they can get these scholarship. whoever with valid gate score at the time of joining they can apply to UGC to get the scholarship

Pondicherry University having very good infrastructure for games and sports, very good ground name as thiruvalluvar stadium can accommodate 2k students to see matches, and one more cricket stadium it's for official playing and volleyball courts, tennis , basketball Soo many games can play

Hostel facility is awesome in pondicherry University one room can share with 3people around 20 hostels are present they are building some new hostels too.hostel life is superb in my entire life. Hostel night life will be very good.

Surely seniors will help a lot especially in my Department of Electronics, while joining time of first year students, faculty used to say to 2year students today new commers are coming so make them comfortable, at that time onwards seniors will talk with juniors very sensible. I like my seniors how they treated me while joining. On that day relationship has built with seniors it will continue entire course, seniors will help a lot in some situations

Every year pondicherry University offers entrance exam for different courses. so I attended the exam for MTECH in ECE DEPARTMENT and I got all India 22 rank, I was in first waiting list in general category, finally I got selected after counseling.

In Department of Electronics 4main faculty. Each of them are specialised in their subjects. One faculty received antenna fellow from Balanis. He is the only person in South India having antenna fellow award.every faculty are really friendly manner like they will be our family.i enjoyed my 2years of my course
