Maharaja Surajmal institute of technology of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is among its top colleges.The placement are very good though are not very highly compensating.The negative thing is rhe strictness in attendance.
Course Curriculum Overview
I guess the curriculum is a bit old and is in a need of dire change.They are still teaching subject which ate currently not viable as per my opinion.The curriculum must be designed based on the current technological trends.
Placement Experience
The placement in my college are satisfactory.Though the average package is not very high but most of the graduate here get a job.The companies mostly visiting are service based. Internships are not openly available.
College Events
Our college has many events and festivals.There are two kinds of fest one is a cultural fest and the other is the technical fest.They occur onr after the other and bring a much needed relief for the students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My college offers many courses.The fee structure of each course is yearly. Mine is a 4 year course.The annual fees of BTech is around one lakh and twenty thousand rupees and is subject to change yearly by some amount.
Fees and Financial Aid
Maharaja Surajmal institute of technology is among the best colleges of guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. Though a plethora of scholarship and loans are not available but the college does provide financial aid scholarship to financially abled students.
Campus Life
The labs in Maharaja Surajmal institute of technology are aptly equipped with the latest technology that are needed in the prescribed courses. The computer in the computer labs are technically advanced.
Alumni/Alumna
The alumni network of Maharaja Surajmal institute of technology is doing very well and does not miss any opportunities of helping out their juniors.Regular workshops are conducted in which the alumni come and illuminate the students with their experience.
Admission
Gave a common entrance test.based on the rank several rounds were conducted and admission was given.After the usual three rounds a spot round was conducted in which the remaining seats in the said colleges were filled.
Faculty
The current faculty set though qualified still lacks in some things.Some faculty members are new and lack the experience to teach the others however are qualified and apt to teach their respective subjects.
