Remarks

The negative remarks of my college is that you didn't have any extracurricular activities for enjoying no games no masti. all is that you have to study and give the exams for the degree. I hope my review got selected. thanks.

Course Curriculum Overview

there are almost all courses which are prepared here. you can choose any of them. the exam structure is on yearly basis. you have to many chances to complete a exam. in a year two times the exam will be taken.

Yes my college provide placements and job opportunities. but i didn't know more about this because i am still doing my graduation and also i am not interested in the job placement by my College.

I think no event are celebrated in my college. its a government college you can't expect a event like private colleges. overall i am not satisfied by the college due to its less non activity part as a student.

Fee Structure And Facilities

the fee is very less. any one thinking of doing the any type of graduation course or post graduation courses can sure try this college. i paid ?2500 yearly for my bcom fees and ?700 per year for the exams

yes. i think there is scholarship provided by the college to the merit students and the poor class students which belongs to below poverty line. if you need any scholarships you have to apply online after submitting the documents.

Campus Life

As i mentioned my college has no large infrastructure so there is no extracurricular activities.labs. sports. music. etc. so i can't rate on this basis. but the time to time exams and the overall goodness of my college makes it best

there is no hostel or any of the infrastructure facility in the college so i can't describe it. my college is not a college its a university is in every state and almost all top cities.,.

Yes all are very helpful. if you need any type of help if you are in any problem. you want any type of suggestions you must contact them.they will surely help you. They will also help in the online submission of forms and the other tasks like assignment making.

Admission

i got admission by online submission of documents and submitting fees online. its very easier than any order college to get admission in this. no queue no tension. all things are online. you can easily get admission is you are pass in 12th standard.

Faculty

Frankly speaking i don't know the faculty of my college because i did not go to my college to attend a single class. as i know the faculty is not so good. overall it is a central government based college so no such issue.

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I applied only to this college because of its flexibility ( you can choose your exam centre anywhere in India), affordability and degree recognition, not because it was my dream college. I didn't applied to any other college. The eligibility for admission is based on minimun academic qualification like 10+2 for UG programs. Only some professional programs may have entrance exam but for general UG/PG none are needed. no competitive cut offs admission is fully online and transparent with minimal paperwork....Read More
