Remarks
Our faculty and infrastructure is good but we are lacking with the placement and internships, our college Union is not supportive enough but at the time of election they get in touch with us but after winning they do not do what they promise to do.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is provided by DU for all colleges, we have CBCS curriculum under which we are having some choices to choose the subjects according to our preferences. Exam occur 2 times in a year, semester vise i.e. total 6 semesters in 3 years
Placement Experience
We don't have a good placement & internship cell, we have to go outside or in other colleges to get internships and jobs. Some very good companies our coming to college for placement but offering only sales and BPO profiles providing very less package. So I'm very disappointed with the placement cell.
College Events
Different Department freshers party Annual cultural fest 'falak' Different departmental fest -COMMANTRA (Commerce fest) -SHRISHTI (Environmental fest) -SAMPRABHU (Political science Department fest) etc. Talent hunt for freshers Societies fest Farewell party by different Departments And much more events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Delhi universities fee structure is feasible for some students and expensive for others and for some it is very expensive. But as compared to other college we have expensive fee structure with very less facilities.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes, my college is offering two types of scholarship. One for meritorious students in academics, sports or Extra curricular activities and other for the needy students who are not able to afford the fees and some scholarships for SC, ST and OBC category students.
Campus Life
Our college campus is very small but we have very good infrastructure as compared to other DU colleges. We have- 5 computer labs Departmental rooms Sports room NCC room Library 1 seminar hall seating capacity of 200+ students 1 auditorium seating capacity of 400+ students Boys Common Room Girls common room Cultural room Music room Art & craft room etc.
Hostel Facilities
We do not have hostel in our campus. Non-delhite or outside students are suffering from PGs and taking flats on rent as this is very expensive for them and even not safe. But we don't have space to build the hostel.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes we have alumni committee in which all the final year students of the last semester have to filled the feedback cum alumni form to get in touch with college. Our senior is very helpful, they suggest us which subject to choose, which books or notes to refer or for future goals etc.
Admission
After getting the result of class 12th i was filled the central form for all DU colleges then the cutoff was released and my percentage lies in then i was going to my college and submitted documents and deposited fees next day and got admission
Faculty
The faculty is actually awesome, they are well educated, helpful and regular to take classes, compared to other DU colleges our college faculty is best, but we have shortage of teachers so 1 teacher have to teach the subject which they were not teach earlier.
