The things are liked are the positive environment which is helping a lot in terms of growing
The staff are very helpful and supportive.
The methods of teaching are pretty awesome for a youth to learn.

The hygiene is a big problem in the campus

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum should be designed in a way that it should help the students in the future and special experience leader should be appointed to look after this and exams should be conducted once in an year for gaining better results.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees I have paid is 50000 which is way higher than that of my other batch mates which is close to 30000 and the fees of people belong to SC and ST is way lower which is 15000 and there are lot of Scholarship which are available for the students to avail.

Campus Life

The festival which are celebrated in the campus are pretty awesome and activities are celebrated in a great fashion that it attracts a lot of people and the library is easily accessible by everyone in the campus.

Admission

The reason to choose this college is because of cut off percentage which is lower in comparison with other colleges which are way higher and the fees are about 50% higher than that of the college which is the main reason for joining the college

Faculty

The faculty are very down to earth and are very helpful and supportive and approachable to the students and the level of exam is pretty hard and 50% of the students fail to clear the exams for which extra classes are arranged.

Interview Experience

Yes there was a group discussion where we were given a topic in which we need to speak up on for 5 minutes and there are different interview rounds which were conducted in the process of admission and criteria is different.

Night Life

The gym is open for 24 hours for maintenance of physical fitness and it is pretty stylish and lot of stuff are available there and the cafeteria is pretty huge with the variety of food available there to enjoy

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Honest review of SLC

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.
