Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum consists of a wide variety of courses which are relevant. They influenced me to choose this program. The courses help us learn the real world applications most of the time. Some improvements in teaching methods can be there but the faculties should be taken after proper checking of their abilities. Timing of exams is also planned properly. Difficulty depends on the course most of the times.
Internships Opportunities
The college, professors along with professionals collaborate together to bring internships and experience to the students. The stipend and nature of internship also depends on the student performance.
Fees and Financial Aid
The yearly fee structure for the course is ?80,000 for students who receive a merit-based scholarship for scoring above 90%. Those scoring above 95% pay half the tuition fee, amounting to ?40,000 per year. Students admitted through the management quota, who are not eligible for scholarships, pay ?1,50,000 annually. There is a one-time caution deposit of ?5,000 (refundable) and a registration fee of ?5,000 (non-refundable), totaling ?10,000. Additionally, an exam fee of ?500 is charged per course, meaning if a student has three courses, the exam fee totals ?1,500. No other fees, such as lab or development fees, are applicable for this degree.
Campus Life
The fests are the best part of this university. They are really fun. We have aloha, tech fests, infinitus and many more events. The books are available but in some courses they are of a very less number. The faculties are also very good with smart TVs and a board for writing too. Everyone are supposed to be a part in one club atleast which makes the learning a bit more fun. There are soo many types of clubs like chess club, anime club, fitness, wellness, photography, cinema club etc. All of them make going to university less of a chore and more of an interactive experience.
Admission
I did not apply to any other colleges as I was confident in the curriculum of this college. The admission process was very simple. Most of it can be done from home itself. First we go to the admission portal and fill all the details. Then an interview will be scheduled and when we pass the interview they will direct us to pay the fee. It is a very simple process. Transport fee is also easily payable.
Faculty
The faculties are very approachable for our course. Most of them have a unique approach to teaching but some of them aren't very creative. The exams are designed in a way such that we use our own abilities to write the answers. They are easy if we learn the subject. Students might fail if they don't have the attendance requirement but then they can apply for medical leave if they have a valid reason. The courses are very relevant to the curriculum and it is constantly being revised as to make students understand the latest trends.
Night Life
The gym is accessible to everyone. Library timings are flexible during exams too. The university is very safe at nights too because of the strict security. I am day scholar so I don't know much about hostel life. My favourite hang out spot is the near the baskin Robbins and us pizza.
