Course Curriculum Overview
The. Course is a bit backdated along with the exam norms and questions paper being too much illogical since semester questions comes from only one chapter. This question paper is made by makaut and thus the cause to all problem.
Internships Opportunities
We get here internship form tata , accenture etc.. The major internship are basically from outside of collage . The project are specify for final years that are quite helpful for future needs . We also get Project view and complete through hardware competition.
Placement Experience
The placement here is decent enough for the studious students . The collage provides ample placement opportunities like TCS, WIPRO , ACCENTURE, CAPJAMINI, COGNIZANT, etc with 80 percent placement in 2023.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly I pay around 1 lakh as fees , if I exclude mess and hostel charges that are 3000 mess(monthly ) + 16500 hostel fees (semester wise). For my 2022 ,batch everyone's fees structure is same as me . As a student of west bengal, we get an annual scholarship of 60000 from SVMCM
Campus Life
The campus life is good with decent environment. I am in the cultural club so I liked their cultural and their sports activities too. We go to compete outside with other collages for sports and culture and we have won several.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel facility is good . We get 24/7 water supply , wifi supply, electricity,cleaning , etc. We have here 2 people per room hostel. The major problem is the food they provide. That is not so good despite its huge variety.But now they are making decent food
Admission
I have applied for this collage bcz of its lower fees structure than other collages and I had a good score in jee main but I didn't counsiled it because I wasn't aware of the other collages that I could get. The admission process is either direct or via jee mains or wbjee result.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is around 4 teachers per 100 students. The teachers here are good indeed with well behaved , friendly and helpful to students. The exams conducted here are monthly wise including main semester exams .
Night Life
As a hosteller , the night life Is preety amazing . We get the full ground with enough light to do anything there. We prefer to play volleyball there after supper or just walk and enjoy the night. I really like it.
