Course Curriculum Overview
I was fond of computer science subject in my school life . So I chose this course to enhance my career in software engineering. The curriculum is well defined and Our full basket of credits is completed in 3rd year only.
Internships Opportunities
The summer internship starts after completion of 3rd year. The companies like Microsoft, IBM , Walmart gave opportunities for students. The roles are offered as SDE Intern in all of the above companies and many students also grabbed the opportunity
Placement Experience
In our college placements is too good . The average package is 8 lpa . Allmost most of the comanies visit our campus such as amazon, microsoft , JP monrgan etc. From 7th semester we are elligible for placement. The highest package of our college is 59 Lpa in the year 2023. Almost 90 % students gets placed in our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
The academic fees of college is Rs. 198000 and it will never increase throughout your 4 years of btech. All the fees like labs fee caution fee regitration fess is included in Rs. 198000 They take only that money all the other fees is included in that amount only. The fees of integrated Mtech course is 100000 per year.
Campus Life
VIT Bhopal Campus - a college place with a lot of color, vivacity and enrichment : perfect balance of academics and social activites and boasts of state of the art infrastructure. Along with this , it also sees some annual events such Advitya wherein students have given platforms to show their critivity and innovative minds. The library is very enrichened in terms of books, journals, smartboards and wifi for interactive learning.
Hostel Facilities
The hostels are well maintained provinding comfortable stay for students. Rooms are euipped with bed , studytables , chairs , cupboard, and wifi. The mess meals are hygienic offering a balanced menu that include north indian and south indian foods.
Admission
My goal was to pursue a college degree, so i took the liberty of applying to multiple institutions such as SRM University , Manipal University and Amity University. Among these colleges , I recieved offers from two colleges SRM and Amity but in the end I decided to go with VIT Bhopal. The reason for this decision was influenced bby the other factors as the academic setting,VIT Bhopal's syllabus and other advanced resources.
Faculty
The faculties are good and supportive and approx 200 to 300 faculties are there which if of 100% Phd faculties. There are total 2 exams in one semesters One is mid term and one is term end followed by quizes , Labs and Viva.
Night Life
The nightlife around VIT Bhopal is moderate , focusing on safe and student friendly experiences. On campus hangouts spots include the food court and common rooms , prfect late night group studies. Outside the campus in bhopal City students ocassionally visit DB City Mall.
