Remarks
Infrastructure of my college is not very good and must be improved.Labs should improvised and playing areas should be increased.Positive about my college is that my college is that it has one of the best placements in Bangalore.
Course Curriculum Overview
In my college,there are different courses to choose from like CS,IT,ECE,EEE,IEM, Mechanical.Course curriculum of my college was fully updated from time to time.Every semester,we had exams which was organised by our university"VTU" Visvesvaraya Technological University.It is one of the best university in India.We had 6 subjects in each semester and 2 lab practicals.
Placement Experience
My college had great placements and various other opportunities.In 2016,many top companies like JP Morgan, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, NTT data, Mercedes Benz and many more companies recruited from our college.I got selected in Wipro from campus.Yes,our college provides internship in various companies.Many companies hired as internship and based on performance in training,they told they will make it permanent.
College Events
My college has one of the best fashion event held in Bangalore.Our college organised furore every year and there was huge participation.Many other events like cricket, football,chess,solo dance, group dance events were organised by our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is of 2 types- if we join VTU by COMEDK exam,then the fees is Rs 1,60,000 and if you are local of Karnataka,then you have to pay Rs 35,000.For local of Karnataka,there is entrance exam CET.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes,our college provides scholarship for poor students who are not able to pay their fees.Our college provides weiver on fees for those students.You can also opt for loan facility provided by Canara Bank which is in our college.You need to show some proofs for loan.
Campus Life
Various extracurricular activities like Speaking skills, communication skills and various other skills are provided by our college for effective placement.Labs in my college is not upto the mark.Many systems are not working in CS department.However,in other departments,lab facilities are really very good.Faculties provide immense time for learning practicals.
Hostel Facilities
Yes,I lived in hostel for 4 years.There are 2 types of hostel in my college-NRI and Indian.In NRI, facilities are very good and food is also awesome.But in indian style,rooms are packed and food quality is Very poor.I lived in indian style
Alumni/Alumna
Alumnis are called every year in my college and they are told to teach the junior regarding placements and which type of question would be asked in interview.These facilities had been very helpful in my time.
Admission
I gave COMEDK exam which is organised by Karnataka state.I got 8230 rank in that and in counselling process,I selected computer science and engineering stream in Dayananda Sagar College Of Engineering.COMEDK exam has questions and timing is also enough.I gave COMEDK in 2014.
Faculty
My college had really very good faculties.They all are highly educated and they all teach very well.Faculties were very eager to teach the students in the best possible way to make the lecture interesting.
