Likes
- The campus is great and the faculty is also good and of helping nature.
- All the students in campus is very friendly and of helping nature.
- there is many food carts in campus so we can easily enjoy the food in free time without going outside the campus.
Dislikes
- there is no lift in our college,so we struggle to go with the stairs on the top floors when classes occurs at there.
- in summers ,pilani is the 3rd hottest city so there is no ac in classes by which we struggle alot while taking classes.
- library is not open on sunday and even though in holidays also.
Course Curriculum Overview
all the couses are great and useful in their own feilds.I am a student of computer science branch in which i learnt may things and programming language and other subjects also . the difficulty level of exams is pretty good but beacuse we practise alot whole year so we easily pass with good grades in semester exams.
Internships Opportunities
lots of companies come in college like 55,infosys,Birla group etc. .and the stipend is also good like they offer 8 lpa ,7 lpa so this is a good package according to college. the projects related to intership we did and questions regarding dsa, oops and c will be asked in placement rounds.and after taking interviews according to skills ,projects and comfidence they tell the package and name of selected students.
Placement Experience
from the 7th semester we are eligible for campus placements. lots of companies came during placements like 55 ,infosys ,birla group etc. highest pakage is 15 lpa and lowest package is 4 lpa. 60 percent get the placements .my plans are i will apply in a good company and then prepare for gate exam.
Fees and Financial Aid
In first year you have to pay 1lakh 15 thousand and Year-wise fees is 1 lakh,it includes all the charges and expenses.The total fees of 4 year is 4lakh .if students get scholarship then the amount of tution fee will decrease.
Campus Life
there were many activities occur in campus like basant ,quasar and other tachnical events.books and journels and novels in libraray have a huge collection and all the collection is good .the technological provisions in the classrooms is not good.Every year there is a very big event of 3 days sports event organize in college with a big prize pool and other colleges also participate in this event. and there is many clubs for students like robostan,debate club,kalash club and nirmaan club for poor people.
Admission
My friend also in this college so she told me to take admission in this college because the placement is also good in this college. the admission process of this college is if we have given jee exam and having a good percentile then we also get a scholaship and 10th and 12th marks are also important during admission. According to percentage in 10th and 12th and jee we get the branches.
Faculty
basically our college is in under BTU and they organize semester exams very late.and the most of the students pass the semester exmas and only 10 percent students out of 100 percent fail the sem exam. Faculty is nice,they help alot in exams and college also sessionanl exams by which students can easily attempt semester exam.
Night Life
gym timing in college is different for boys and girls,girls timing is in morning and for boys timing is in evening,and library opens in morning at 9 am and opens in evening at 9pm and close on sunday. campus timing is 7 pm at evening after that we cant go outside the campus and hostel timing is 8 pm for girls and for boys its 9 pm. the hanngout places are canteen and food carts.
