Remarks
One of the negative remark is campus politics is strong here. So some students go for strike and party programs it influence there academics. And a good point about my college is the students are from different part of india. So we can study india during our college life
Course Curriculum Overview
It's under kerala technological university. And the total course is duvided into eight semester. And each semester is six month duration and end of each semester there is university exams for every subjects.
Placement Experience
Basically iam a civil engineer so the core companies are negligible for us compare to other department but there are more IT companies. And many of my friends placed in IT companies with good salary. College not provide any internship to us.
College Events
There are more cultural and technical events done in my college. Some of the cultural fests are Dhwani(it's conducting annually for every students and faculties in the college, during march), department fests, disha (for first year students )
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible, the college is under kerala government so there is not much fees. I have only eight thousand per semester. And here no other fees like punishment fees, library fees etc.for one year the fees comes nearly twelve thousand rupees.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are more scholarship for economically backward students. And the student from minority categories. Most of the scholorship was twelve thousand per year. Loan is provided by banks, i think this loan has no interest until the course is completed
Campus Life
A indor stadium is situated inside the college campus and there is space for basketball, badminton, table tennis etc available and. College ground contain football court, cricket ground, running track etc available. There are lab for every department and most of the machines are imported from foreign countries
Hostel Facilities
The college hostel is good. Separate hostel for boys and girls. And it's in the college compound. The food from college hostel is excellent and it is very cheap. Veg and non veg food are available every day during morning, noon, evening and night. And college hostel have nearly 1000 inmates. Space for gym, sports etc available in the hostel
Alumni/Alumna
Our alumnis are living around the world and an association named CETAA working there. Some of the famous cetaa chapters are cetaa america, cetaa qatar, cetaa bangalore etc. And they funded college for several functions and a hall sponsored by cetaa named cetaa hall. It's one of the best hall in the college
Admission
Through kerala entrance examination. I have 1017th rank in the state. More than 5 lakh students wrote the exam. It's conducted by kerala government in the month of april in every year. And it's one of the best college under kerala government
Faculty
The faculties are good. Most of them are phD holders and many of the faculties are student of the same college. Apart from curricular activities they interested in extra curricular activities and force us to involve this.
