Course Curriculum Overview
I love electronics and have a major interest in chip manufacturing that's why I have chosen this course Curriculum is strictly based on NEP 2020 policy and enable us for real world applications Some part of course in my opinion is just waste of time and need to be removed or replaced by something good
Placement Experience
Campus placement is some what quite moderate it's not too good and not too bad There are no. Of companies visited and good packages are offered In ECE somewhat around 70% students are placed And in CSE it is 85-90%
Fees and Financial Aid
Year wise fee paid is ?16375 and it is same for all category students which includes all type of fee i.e. tution, caution, admission etc. Different scholarship are available but you need to apply for it and get into the interview
Campus Life
There are many types of clubs and societies available in jamia Like IEEE, GDSC, ASME, TRS, ASCE etc. which allows student for there overall development in life aspects and quite good type of extracurricular activities are available also
Hostel Facilities
Hostel in jamia is totally based on JUGAAD you can only get into hostel if you have some kind of source in college Also hostel facility is quite good and food provided is also better than other colleges There are plenty of flats available in batla house and zakir nagar for rent
Admission
Other than jamia, I have also applied in JOSAA counselling and have got cse in iiit bhagalpur but my area of interest is electronics and jamia is much more affordable than iiit and provides me similar kind of learning This thing allow me to choose jamia over other colleges
Faculty
I think faculty to student ratio is 1:10 Its easy to approach faculty members but some are unavailable due to other works of university Good and well experienced faculty are there which have done great research work in there field and some have patents of there name also Some faculty members are also in top 2% scientists of the world
Night Life
Night life in campus is good Timings for hostel is till 10PM but it is for girls hostel and for boys hostel it is just on paper thing Gyms are also available in hostel and there are numerous places in campus available for hangouts
