The college is only good for the namesake of it and the delhi university degree it provides apart from it, it is not a place where one can nurture their interests or persue their passion still, comparing it with other colleges in terms of placement opport

I got 237 marks in JEE mains & 93.8% in CBSE board exams, giving me a rank of 4700 this is the premier institute in Delhi for CS course not getting a good rank in JEE advance, it was my best option for a Delhi University degree at this rank.

The course curriculum is outdated and is no match to the current innovations and technologies. It was a big disappointment to realize this most of the faculty are quite qualified, but take no pain for the students' development.

The internship period was concentrated only over a month, or even less but, over that short period, the blue chip companies visited the college and each company hired at least 4 5 students for the internship period. The stipend varied from conpany to company but was pretty good for some of them. One of the companies even offered 50000 per month but a disappointing thing was that the focus of companies was only on students with algorithmic coding background, leaving other students with little to no choice to compete.

The placement season continues for the complete year more than 100 companies visit the campus ranging from non technical to core to coding companies, offering diverse packages most of the compabies offer packages between 5 10 lakhs, but a pretty decent amount of them offer even higher at least 20 companies come that offer more than 15 lakhs CTC.

The college hosts 3 major festivals evert fiscal year the first is an intra college cultural festival, having a footfall of roughly 500 people the second is an inter college technical fest, organized with various mega events, having a footfall of around 2000 people. The third event is the main highlight, Moksha, the inter college cultural fest which boasts of a footfall of 4 5K.

All kinds of loans and scholarships are available only for the students coming from reserved categories, irrespective of the merit of general students.

The hostels are pretty big but have too strict rules for a college student the caretakers are unsupportive and lack basic etiquettes the basic sanitation facilities are disrupted frequently, to which the authorities have no answer the mess food is okayish

The seniors are very supportive and try to help in every possible way but having separate hostels for students of every year limits the general amicable relationship one can maintain with a senior, and thus minimizes the potential for having a big and wide group of friends irrespective of the study year.

The faculty themselves are not aware of the current syllabus and often realize it months later that what they have taught is out of curriculum extreme focus is given on student attendance, rather than his academic performance.
