AVERAGE ( Not so Good & Not so Bad ). My college is at 77th rank in India. It is one of the best colleges of Uttar Pradesh. And It is at RANK ONE in Agra Region. As per my knowledge , the college was started by Radhasoami Educational Trust. So, the Radhasoami followers are large in number here.

Course Curriculum is AVERAGE. The Exam is conducted in two categories : Internal ( 150 marks )& External ( 50 marks ). Internal Exams are further divided into four subcategories : DHA ( Daily Home Assignment : 40 marks) , CA ( Class Assignment : 40 marks ) , CTs ( Class Tests. 2 in number. CT1 & CT2 : 40 marks each ) , AA ( Additional Assignment : 20 marks ) , Attendance ( 10 marks ). Out of two CTs and DHA , best two are counted and CAs are compulsory. External Exam is conducted at the end of semester of 50 marks ( 3 hrs ).

Since , this is my first year in the college. I am unaware of the placements & Job opportunities. But , as listen by my seniors , I can say that the placements are average. Yes , the college also provide internships.

The major events celebrated in my college are 7 days NSS ( National Service Scheme ) Camp, Founder's Day , Inter- Faculty Competitions. In 7 days NSS camp , we went to Agra Cantt Railway Station to promote Swachh Rail Swachh Bharat Mission.

The fee structure is FEASIBLE. A middle class or even a lower class family can afford the fees. The fees for a particular programme/ course for a year is paid in two semesters : odd ( 1,3,5,7) and even (2,4,6,8).

The college offers Uttar Pradesh Government Scholarship which is provided by the Uttar Pradesh Government annually. Also, the college offers National Scholarship Portal ( NSP ) by Central Government of India.

The college provides the facilities for extracurricular activities through a core course named CAC which is compulsory for 1st and 2nd year students. There are labs / workshops for each and every practical based subjects / courses. The Sports facility of college is also good.

Since , I am a new student for the college. I do not have any network with any alumni or senior students. But sometimes , we contact our seniors whenever required. They are very helpful. They help us accordingly and tell us the way to sort out the matter.

Firstly , the candidate has to fill the online application form. Then, he has to go to the college campus to give ENTERANCE EXAM. After few days , the marks of the students scored in enterance exam is available on official website of college i.e. www.dei.ac.in. Then , the eligible candidate has to visit the college for INTERVIEW.Finally , on the basis of marks of candidates in 10th, 12th, enterance exam & interview , a MERIT LIST is prepared and made available on official website. The candidate whose application number is there in the list can go to college for COUNSELING / DOCUMENTS VERIFICATION and get ADMISSION.

Faculty & Staff of the college is good and average. Each and Every Professor is well educated and qualified. All have completed their PHDs. Also the teachers are supportive, helpful and strict. Faculties are also good.
