IIT BHU draftsss!

See, as of now the course structure to me feels very very appropriate and upto the market standards, also, the clubs here provide us more thus making us kinda ready for our placements and all that....

Many companies even provide internship in our college... From 5-6th semester onwards... Many even offer PPOs... Like this year over 400 3rd year students bagged PPOs from very very good companies.... I may be able to review better on this after my 3rd semester maybe....

From 5th semester only the students are placement ready as internships are offered... The placements in my college are very very very good honestly, in 2024 IIT BHU was 2nd all over India in terms of Placements and all According to NIRF rankings... Even if the college doesn't provide it.. I guess the students are placement ready anyways.

Tution fees is 100000 per semester then additional some 6000 for library, medical insurance and all that and then 15000 mess fees per semester... If your parents income is between 2-5LPA then you only pay 33% tution fees And if it is less than 1 LPA then you don't have to pay tution fees at all... Also there are many scholarships available too...

The campus life is really amazing at IIT BHU, the clubs provide us a very good growth and due to clubs we utilise our time so efficiently like time management is also learnt by that, the clubs are very very active, but if we look at infrastructure, I guess it is bit old and maybe some machines are like even older than 60 years maybe

For us first year students basically girls, we are provided a very small room like maybe a room for 2 to us 3 roommates, we have only 2 wardrobes we have to share the wardrobes too... Whereas the hostels for boys is way better like they recently are in the newest hostel PC Ray... A 10 storey building, it is amazing....

As per my teachers and everybody, IITBHU electrical is a very very good choice looking at the placements stats too... So they suggested me... Also I chose IITR Electrical and IITG electrical but didn't get into them so it ok only ig...

Faculty members are very very good honestly... They even reply to emails very quick... They try their best to teach us clearly. Also the exams in my college is a bit chill, like you can easily get good score with less studying. Very very less students fail

For us first year students the in time at hostel is 10 PM so like there's a curfew from 10 PM to 5AM so haven't experienced the night life as such as of now... The famous hangout places can be ghats like Assi Ghat is very very close to campus and the morning aartis are sooo serene Dasashwamegh Ghat Namo Ghat Gadoliya Sarnath And many more
