The college campus was very clean and tidy and the maintenance was very nice, a little more about the teachers must be improved
I met with many friends in this college and became a friendly guy
The courses would help me too grow and join a better company

Dislikes

The teaching faculty must improve a little bit
The theory based concepts must be explained properly
The hygiene in the washrooms are not good

Course Curriculum Overview

The exams conducted in the campus as all based on NCERT and are a little difficult type but surely do able, the timings would be like 3 hours and 15 minutes extra for reading purpose, the correction would be done strictly to make the students study more efficiently

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I paid 45000 yearly for 2 years and then the fee structure was simply only, I joined for akash tution and there it costed 70000 thousand rupees yearly, the other students whose percentage was less paid around 60000 fees

Campus Life

So the college celebrated nicely all the festivals and the ethnic day was celebrated very nicely and the students actually enjoyed a lot, and even the teachers became friendly in that day and joined with the students to celebrate

Admission

So while joining the college they asked me about the 10th percentage aane have a discount for my annual fee, they asked a passport size photo and the caste certificate and even my personal details which were given directly to the

Faculty

So on my personal thing, I liked the physics faculty as they were very interactive with the students and concepts were explained nicely, the maths department was not at its point as all the problems were not made to be solved in the classroom

Night Life

So there are gym, cafe and even library in our campus. The gym facilities are provided for all the people who are interested, cafe are very useful for integrated students who used to stay till evening and are in the cafe itself

My College Review

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Do it for yourself

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.
