Yes, General stipend is 6k /month approx, depends upon company to company. Comanies offered Stipend during initial 2010 batch placements in which i was part of (Alteast till interview): Blue Beacon Private Limited, Agilest. Companies list may have been a long since 2010.

Placements offered are good as per my understanding beacuse i see almost everyone placed sooner or later within 3-4 months from passout if they are actually willing to relocate and flexible in their approach, because that is the essential criteria in professional world nowadays. During 2010 Batch Companies visited before June 2010 batch passout, Amost 25-30% students placed before actually officially passout, i was One of them (ERICSSON-ECE) Infosys.

Scale of Cultural events are average as per my personal experience, but i must say during 2010 rayat and bahra was only 5 years old and it was on the verge of expansion. But still few punjabi celebrities visited the campus in cultural festivals. Note: Alumini meet and farewell parties were not official till 2010 alteast, so that part was missing.

Fee struture is feasible as per University guidelines. There is not much extra fees charged in the name of college funds. Hostel fees - based on my classmates experience , fees is reasonable, but yes due to close proximity to tricity students perefer to live in the city from 2nd year onwards. Therefore Fee structure is feasible.

Fees relaxation is there if you are a single female child in the family and 50% relaxation if your siblings are in the campus studying any course. Scholarship was also there if your rank is very good in the CET, not sure exact figure. Loan facility is also there, not sure exactly, since 2010 was early days for college.

Campus life - Average, nearby to tricity so adventurous. Gender ratio- above average, plus point - nearby to tricity, most of are local crowd from tricity itself. Diversity- above average due to above reasons. Extracurricilar- average but solely depends upon on students interset and their participation. Labs- Slighlty above averageSports- Good sufficient ground for activities and equipment. Comepetitions, debates - Average, depends upon students interest. At 2010 there was an englist lecturer which was vedry good in communiation skills, therfore for me- it was above average. I Remember a debate competition lasting 2 days for prize was 20 marks in Communication.So, its a hard and effort work awarded for single mark.

Not much idea since i was a localite. Based on my classmates experience food quality is average, mess is spacious , new food points are opened and above average.Room are on sharing basis- 2 per room, cooler facilties are there , No ACs till 2010, Hostel

Alumni network is Weak, till 2010. It solely depends on your nature, no initiative by campus to manitain the network. Seniors are helpful like normal people. Below Average- Alumni Network Average -Senior students. Note till 2010 batch there was only 1 batch prior therefore not much marks in that regard.

Exam structure and labs are good with basic infrastructure, note for mechanical students labs are very good and rayat group has tie-up with Maruti etc for practical exposure to the students. Labs are pretty much well acquainted ,if you are really interest

Faulty - I feel is above average in the college. Lectures are good motivated and alteast our tuition fees will be saved if our lectures are complete. :)Note: Mrs.Inderjeet Kaur currently with Chandigarh group of colleges - DEAN ECE , was once a Lecturer
