Remarks

Everything is good in college, students are also considered a very important part of the college and they handle most of the cultural and academic activities throughout the year. Faculty is also supporting in all the activities but still academics is always a priority for them.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

2 semesters in a year. Course curriculam is good but it has not been revised since 8-9 years. So, that is only drawback i think but teachers are really experienced and some new research scholars are also there in all departments hence they keep. Students up to date. Exam pattern - 2 mid terms and 1 end term in a semester.

Placement Experience

3.5

Placement records are really well in our college, especially in the Dept. of computers science. Max. Package go upto 30-35 lacs. You can check it out at official website of mnit, jaipur. Yes, oyr college do provide internships with stipends but i havent experienced it so cant brief you much about it.

College Events

4

Our college celebrates many cultural events. The 3 major are Annual cultural fest - Blitzschlag (3 days) Annual Technical fest - Sphinx (3 days) Annual sports cultural fest - Malaviya Sports tournament (3 day event) In all these events students from colleges across India (including iits and nit) participate in big number. Except these, annual atheltic meet, youth fest, literature fest. With these, all festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy in college. Check out pictures at www.mnit.ac.in

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is completely feasible. As it is a government college, many extra expenses are beared by MHRD. Tution fee is free for sc and st candidates. Rest fee structure you can check at official website of mnit, jaipur.

Fees and Financial Aid

Till now i havent availed any scholarship or loan facility. But ICICI bank provides facility of loans at nominal interest rates. And also there are many scholardhips offered by state and central government especially for students of rajasthan and SC, ST candidates. Scholarships for General and OBC students are also there but not quite much.

Campus Life

4

All facilities are really good. As being an institute of national importance our college provide us with best possible facilities so that we can prepare ourselves to compete with other institutes. Cricket grounds, football ground, 3 tennis courts, 2 indoor badminton courts and much more. Also, except academics cultural events have a different enthusiastic affect on students. "Blitzschlag" a 3 day annual cultural fest is a great break from all stress of studies and workloads.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostels are quite good with proper facilities of food and bathrooms. Rooms are like 3 seater and 1 seater. 1st yearites get a seperate hostel with 3 seater rooms but from 2nd year onwards you will get a single seater room with personal LAN. Boys hostels - 10 hostels are there and some prominent are drona hostel, ganga hostel, aurobindo. Girls hostel - Gargi hostel. All hostels are equipped with seperate Mess, badminton and volleyball courts.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, as being the student of architecture seniors are really helful to us and also guide us in many ways. Alumnis are important as they help us get the right info. And contacts about firms, competetive opportunities and jobs.

Admission

I got admission here by taking JEE mains paper 2 for architecture (Now overtaken by NTA). I scored about 237 marks and got admission on OBC rank. For engineering branches in this college you have to go through JEE mains paper 1.

Faculty

4

Faculty is really experienced and almost all are qualified of IITs with PHd degrees. They are helpful to students and also interested in other activities like sports. Every year students give out many research papers in guidance of faculty.

There are not so much is bad things for college.Experience is unforgettable.one fine day when you see pictures from the college of you and your friends having a good time, you’ll definitely land up smiling silently. That’s the beauty of college life. It stays with you long after you’ve climbed those ladders of success and forgotten the name of that cute crush you used to drool over.
