The best part of my college is despite being a government college it has fully air conditioned building and well maintained infrastructure the faculty is also very helpful there is a place called jannat which is the hot topic in khalsa anytime you go you will find people out there
Course Curriculum Overview
The course gives us a clear idea of physics maths and computer science if you are confused weather you want to do any honours subject or not then you can go for this course and further decide what you can take
Placement Experience
Yes our college has an internship cell which provides us with the necessary internship but overall as in du the internships cell are less so we face this problem generally for finding our internships by our own
College Events
As my college is a sikh college it mainly focuses on sikh festivals like gurunanak Jayanti and other gurupurab kirtan takes place and after that langer also takes place the celebrations start with kirtan by the divinity society of our college
Fee Structure And Facilities
As compared to the other colleges of dekhi university the fees of our college is a lil more that is 22000 per year but if we compare it to the private colleges the fee structure is very feasAble because private college has Lakhs of fees structure
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes my college offers scholarship for the people who have less income per annum the blind students also receive scholarship according to their disability you just need to summit a form which will be allotted by college itself
Campus Life
Yes my college has different society like for dance , singing , drama , art and craft , NCC , nss , my college also has a society which works for the welfare of blind students it has a mun group as well my college has Bhangra society for girls as well as boys and gidda (regional dance of Punjab girls) a society for kirtan (regional music) and gatka society as well
Hostel Facilities
No I have not opted for hostel but yes my college di has the hostel facility but only for girls the fees of the hostel is Rs80000 and the food is also very delicious Witt the timing of 7:30 one should reach the hostel before that
Alumni/Alumna
Yes the students are very helpful they help us inadmission process and inside campus too Saurabh Shukla rabbi Shergill Meera Chopra are the alumni of sgtb khalsa college the students are also very helpful and it’s an anti ragging zone
Admission
I filled the delhi university application form and and when the cutoffs started coming I got my subject in the third cutoff list I went to the college room was allotted to particular subjects and after doing some necessary details I got my admission done
Faculty
The faculty is also very nice some teachers are very understanding while others help you after the college hours as well mostly teachers are phd and they have a huge amount of knowledge practical lab teachers and assistants both are very helpful
