Course Curriculum Overview

The course Bachelor of Arts ( Hons) Business Economics comesunder commerce faculty and it's teaching faculty is so experienced and all the professors are professional they teach the course in sort of real life examples so that students can fit well in corporate world.

First of all colleges don't provide many internships as we all know. Same with Gargi College they also don't provide much internships but if you want to do internships you should approach linkedin that is the best platform.

Talking about the placements in Gargi College my course Business Economics (Hons) it's average package is 6 lpa highest package is 23 lpa. Atleast 70% of got placement from business economics hons course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the course BBE in Gargi College is rs. 46,140 per year including tution fees, caution fees, admission fees, development fees, lab fees and the other compulsory charges during the course completion as per category. Their is no financial aid.

Campus Life

Gargi College has a lot of society for the welfare of students. Some of the societies are 180 DC for consulting Enactus for enterpreneurship Kshitij and upstage for street play Enliven and Sparx for Dance Samranjini for Singing Glasseye for directing. Many sports are also available in Gargi College like basketball cricket. One of the best fest Reverie is held at Gargi College.

Admission

As we all know every commerce background student has one dream during their 11th and 12th that they need to give CUET and get into Delhi University so if I got Gargi College one of the renowned college of Delhi University in south campus then I'll obviously choose that.

Faculty

The course Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business Economics has a great faculty as it contains professional professors whose expertise is not only to teach but also to teach in such a way so that students can learn how to tackle the problems which will come during corporate world. My course comes under commerce stream. Semester exams in Gargi College comes after every 6 months.

Night Life

Gargi College is girls college wherever you will go you will only find girls all over. The best place to hangout in Gargi is the place wehere Nescafe is situated. Library is also a fun area for me because I love books.

Good Exposure in Event Management Field

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

The placement in my college for my course BBA pretty good. The college is also Offers internship opportunities. We can expect an average package of around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum for BBA. The students become eligible for campus placements from fourth semester onward. Some of the companies that have visited our colleges include KPMG Deloitte. The education tree, the highest package that someone got from our college was of around 60 lakhs and the profile offered to him was in finance. Placement Experience:

Well the placement of this campus are not as good as the other colleges well most of the student opt of further education while the one who don't go for post graduation would get an estimate of 300000 per annum well my plans after graduation is to do post graduation which is MBA.

Placement Experience:

There is a placement cell in my college. There are students who call companies to come for the placements. I there are teachers too in the placement cell. But the placement record is not good. In previous years the highest placement hit was 22 lakh in my course . But the ratio of students getting placements is very few.

mostly 3rd year students sits for placements , offers are given yet they are low from market and not vast in numbers too , i dont remember any major company that joined the placement drive its mostly local startups and companies and they dont support us doing interships so its really hard in bms to get placements as it just not possible

Aspects of the GGSIP University

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Great place to earn knowledge!!

Hindu College was certainly the dream place and score too was enough to get admission there. However, my parents sent me to Delhi with a condition that I can apply only in Ladies college.
