Course Curriculum Overview

3

To be honest, the curriculum doesn't prepares us for real world applications or any further academic pursuits. I chooses BTech because I have friends who's elder siblings had got placed from our university.

Placement Experience

4

Placement is nice in my college with approx 80% placement rate and a average package of 4.5 lacks. More than hundred companies visits our college while placement sessions and highest package is approx 4200000. I will pursue job after BTech.

Fees and Financial Aid

Tution fee :- 255000 per year Hostel fee :- 50000 per year Mess fee :- 45000 per year Caution Money :- 10000 once while admission Registration fee :- 10000 once while admission Advance payment :- 75000 (will be deducted from tution fee)

Campus Life

4

ITER do not celebrate any type of fest or annual or technical festivals. Just saraswati puja and Ganesh chaturthi is celebrated. ITER provide good sports and extracurricular activities it's provides great infrastructure for sports . There are multiple clubs in ITER where we can learn different skills such as humanity, charity, social work, self confidence etc.

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostels are new and provides almost everything we need during our hostel Life. Good is great and provide geyser facility almost throughout the day. Price of hostel and mess is worth enough. We have to provide 10000 as caution Money and they will return it after 4th year if we don't misbehave till 4th year.

Admission

I have applied in many colleges such has SRM, LPU, VIT , KIIT and many more and I had also got admission in each and every college but the LPU and ITER were demanding less fees and ITER was close to my home so I choosed ITER.

Faculty

3

Faculties are good and faculty to Student ratio is approv 1:60. But faculties teaching specialization are not good enough. We usually have 4 quiz 1 practical exam 1 mid sem and 1 end sem in every semester and it's mandatory to have 75% to give exams. Approv 9 out of 10 student pass the exam.

Night Life

4

Gym is not great. It's small and many people come so it's not good enough to do proper workout. Cafteria is great and provides multiple resturant and salon within it. Hostel in time is 21:00 after 21:00 it's considered to be late entry. Famous hangout places are "chai lovers" and "bake and flake"

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.
