Remarks

I have given cuet exam and also filled prefernce sheet while entering in the college i have chosen this college due to low score in cuet so you have to prepare for cuet exam very well. And also choosed this college due to less travel and less distance from my home.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is flexible and Nep is introduced by university where you can Entry and Exit in any year of your college . Also you can pursue for 4 year degree program now and it's all upto on students choice to choose 3rd year degree or 4 year degree.

Class Size: 42Course Fees: INR 9000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunitues available in our college i have done Business Development Internship and my experience was great here. I got to learn many thing while in my internship period and loved the 2 month internship period and get 2000 stipend as well.

Placement Experience

Placement is not great , but you can try for off campus placement . And also just college degree doesn't give you job so you have to do some extra courses and techincal courses like financial modelling , digital marketing as per your interest for future growth.

Fees and Financial Aid

My college fees is 9000 per year and there is not extra charges applied but maybe there are some extra expenses of students personally not any extra fees charged by college. There is examination fees charged by college.

Campus Life

My experince is great , i have learned a lot and made many friends also i love my teacher as they motivate and teach in very friendly way . College infrastructure is not that great but you can enjoy your college journey here as well.

Faculty

Faculities are great and helpful , always motivate the students i have pursued Bcom Hons. And this course is great for those who are looking their career in accountinh and finance , Cirruculum is very easy i'm in 3rd year.

Night Life

Yes , here nightlife us great and college , gym cafeteria and many more places to go there and enjoy your life . Delhi has so many places to go and do fun as it is heart of india. I will say that you will love your college journey .

Shyam lal college not on my wishlist

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well i choose this course because I didn't got what I wanted. Many students are from arts background who got this course because they had no option. The curriculum is same as school all chapters and everything. The law section is new. About buisness and law and everything. Rest is same. Changes in curriculum is not in their hands. But if they could actually change the accounting syllabus. The timing of exams is normal 2:30 to 6:30. And internal test taken by perspective teacher are according to their time and class. They will take retest incase you didn't attended.

Underrated College- An honest opinion

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really was interested in finance and taxation from the beginning. This course aligned rightly with my interests. The curriculum is based on real world applications. Corporate accounting, financial accounting, company law, human resource management, these are very important considering change in the job market and business world. Not only real world applications but one can also go for further academic pursuit such as a master's degree and research. This makes the curriculum really diverse. Some areas of suggestions would be that in theory subjects there should be practical activities. Just like vestibular training. The time of exams is just right. After the completion of syllabus of a particular subject, we are given 10 days of preparation leave. The exams are moderate and it really tests our ability and knowledge based on our studies.

All about SRCC life, exposure, placements, faculty and my experience

Placement Experience:

For placements fifth semester student are eligible for placements. Since it is best commerce college. Companies like big 4, google, bank of America, Goldman Sachs, bcg, bain and co., Sbi, paytm, meesho and many more comes. The highest package was 36 LPA this year from meesho for senior analyst roles. Average package is 10 LPA. Most of the placements take place in consulting, marketing, auditing, finance and analyst roles. Around more than 50% of the students get placed. My plan is to take placements in consulting and finance roles after the degree from the college.

Dyal Singh College: The Good, The Bad and The Confusing

Placement Experience:

The placement of my college is good if you perform well in the process of selection, as I told earlier, the placement cell is pretty active, so you would have a good number of options. I will be naming the good companies that visited my college, they were EY, Deloitte, DE SHAW, TCS, KPMG, etc. Numerous offers were made and I would say over 80% students in my batch got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In open learning management.. they provide hard copy of books tk prepare whole semester and this is a very good thing because those books are covering whole semester in some books only and there is a v good thing I found... At the end of every chapter they provide summaries and mock questions for every chapter to analyse the weakness and strength. the areas for improvements in the Course Curriculum and Teaching Methods--- they should also provide a mock test paper as per the paper model and latest questions or updated topics with to the point topics The difficulty is normal if candidate is completely prepared...

My view regarding my college

Remarks:

Academically you can choose it but if you are looking for some fancy institution with some best infrastructure and fancy canteen I won't suggest you this college. But this college has one of the very best cricket team and one of our student named Mayank dagar is leading Indian National under-19 team. So I think you understand the impact.

I have applied all the colleges of Delhi university because I have given c u e t which means common University entrance test so after the completion and admission process started I had a preference this college at my number 32. No I didn't get a direction from other colleges my marks in the cuet exam was 532 out of 800 and I belong to general categories so far it's very hard for the general category student to get admission in a very good course and very nice colleges so far I didn't get the rejection and after normalisation my school gets to low I think after normalisation my core gets detected around 100 marks. As far away you have discussed that I have entered in the college through see you it which means common University entrance test so after clearing that exam I need to login in the du portal after that I have preference the colleges according to my level so it's not tough it's a very easy if you will clear your concept of class 12 exams or subjects....Read More
