The facilities provided here are good but there is a margin of improvement in infrastructure, students mess, food etc. The food provided in the boys hostel campus must be improved. Overalll this is a good college where you can get to learn so many things.

The mbbs course is of 5.5 years including 1 year of internship. The exams are conducted by MUHS which is situated in Nashik. The first year University exams are conducted in summer and from second year onwards the exams take place in winter.

Once a student has completed MBBS, he can get a job at primary health center as the medical officer under the state government or he can choose to prepare for post graduate entrance exams. Yes my college provides internship at the CPR hospital which is the district hospital attached to my college. The interns get to learn so many things here. The stipend they give is 6000 per month

1. Ganesh Festival Celebration. The Ganesh Festival is celebrated here in the month of September. The festival is organised by students' council. Various cultural programs are conducted during this. 2. Annual gathering. Annual gathering is conducted in March every year. Sports competitions are also conducted along with cultural events.

My college, RCSM GMC Kolhapur is a Govt Medical College where entire expenditure is done by state government. The open category students pay 84000 rs as first year fees, while OBC pays RS16000. I think the fees is feasible.

The state government of Maharashtra state provides scholarships to economically backwards from open category. Half of their fees is paid by government. The OBC, SC and ST category students get scholarships by human welfare department of the State government.

The extracurricular activities include various cultural competitions like dance competition, singing competition in the annual gathering. The labs have adequate infrastructure which can also be improved. The sports events are also conducted. They are very good as a stress buster from busy schedule.

Yes I have opted for hostel and live in hostel which is situated in shenda park Kolhapur. The infrastructure of the hostel is quite good. With all the facilities. The only concern here is about the food. The mess here doesn't provide a good quality food, hence many of the students need to eat outside or they order food online.

I don't know much about alumni network, but the ex students remain in contact with each other. Talking about seniors, they are extremely helpful here. They will help the juniors in any situation the can. There in no ragging at ll.

I got admission here in 2016. The common entrance test was conducted by DMER Maharashtra.The ranks were released by DMER in which I secured 2213 rank in state. The counseling was conducted by DMER at various locations in Maharashtra. Then the list of allocated colleges was released after which I got admission in RCSM Govt Medical College, Kolhapur.

The teaching quality is over all good. But there's a margin for improvement. The teachers are helpful, they support students in academics. Teachers are good with their behavior with students. Teachers participate actively in the events conducted by students' council.
