Remarks
They pay more focus on completing the syllabus and not on proper knowledge. They run their own school. Sometimes it becomes very frustrating to go to college. They want you to perform in extra curricular activities, but also not support you.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is okay. We have 2 semesters per year. Each semester having 2 to 3 internal assessments and 1 external exam. We have to submit 5 assignments per subject each semester. And we also have other tests.
Placement Experience
I have not actually been to any placements right now, because I'm just going to start my last year. But I have been in one of the Internships drive. I got selected till 3 rounds. But in the last round the college miscommunicated the information to me and I lost the chance of getting selected.
College Events
We have Ganesh mahotsav celebrated Every year at a big scale. We also conduct a tree plantation event every year on 15th August. Yearly we celebrate different different events. But we have an event named UTKARSH. This is the annual fest of BBD.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is expensive as compared to the facilities provided. It has increased from 1st year to 4th year. Approximately 87000 is paid for the whole year. And the bus fees is 24000 for any route.
Fees and Financial Aid
The scholarship is provided by the UP government every year. But it is a very tedious process. And frankly speaking it is very biased towards SC, ST. The reservation system is horrible in scholarship system.
Campus Life
There are various communities in every college which is responsible for organizing each and every event conducted in the college. I'm myself part of a community and it's great. They have all fields like dramatics, technical ,etc
Alumni/Alumna
Yes they are helpful. Right now there is no proper alumini but soon we're going to have a college alumini. The senior students are very helpful for each and every thing. They are great. The seniors will help always.
Admission
I got admission in Management quota on the basis of my 12 class marks. I took IT branch. I went to the college, met the admission people and then they selected me on the basis of my marks. But the procedure was quite long and tedious.
Faculty
The faculty is good for some subjects and bad for some. But the faculty keeps rotating each semester. My department faculties are fine. They pay focus on theory more and practical less. But the exam material is good given by them.
