Course Curriculum Overview
Wanted to learn in depth about marketing, finance and HR and this post graduation degree helped me a lot for the same and most importantly the summer internship projects and other various projects which makes you interact with the outer corporate world and get hands on experience before your placements
Internships Opportunities
Summer internship programme is held as per gtu guidelines from 30 to 45 days after second semester. Students can choose their own companies to do and an internal and external viva is held afterwards for evaluation
Placement Experience
Placements are decent mostly for marketing profiles from various sectors like banks, shipping, nbfc, ports, educational institutes like byjus, hospitals, manufacturing units, etc with average package of 3 lacs
Fees and Financial Aid
Yearly fees I used to pay was 113000. Scholarship was available basis income certificate and merit in CMAT. Had to pay 2000 as alumni fees which goes to tims alumni trust. Scholarship waives off 100 percent of the fees.
Campus Life
There used to be a flagship event called atulyam and a culfest. These both were held annually and various other colleges of Kutch were invited for a inter College competition among various events and games and activities
Admission
I have had applied and confirmed at adani institute of management studies and pdpu but due to COVID I had to skip the admissions and thus I ended up getting admission here at my place of residence. Another college available here is SRK but TMIMS is better
Faculty
Faculty to student ratio is below average. The best of them include Tejas pujara sir, sampada kapse madam, sagar tanna sir, vijeyta madam. Overall 1 internal exam used to held and one final semester exam every semester. Total 4 semesters in 2 years.
Night Life
No night life as there is no hostel. Library is there with 10k plus books and articles along with a digital library access along with newspaper as well on college email id. Nearby cafe and restaurants available
