Remarks

In terms of education college is very good but if you are looking for a very happening college life than this is not the place you want to be in.Placements are good and you get a lot of opportunities so thats a good thing.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Course curriculum is very similar in all the premier institutes. There are around 215 credits in 4 years and nearly 45 subjects. The curriculum is taken very seriously and nearly all the topics which are to be covered for higher studies are taught. So that part is good. There are 8 semesters and for each semester you have around six subjects and 2 labs.

Placement Experience

4

Nearly all of the students who sit for jobs gets placed.Although salaries are low compare to other premier colleges but that will improve with time due to the location. The average salaries ranges between 6-8 lpa depending on the branch you take. No, our college does not provide internship.

College Events

2

College is not supportive in terms of the events which are not on educational prospects so don't expect a very lavish events taking place in the college.Cultural events are done just for the sake of it and there is no enthusiasm among the teachers and the students.Educational events are good.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is very feasible as it is a government college so you don't have to pay that much.During my time I had to pay around 45k every 6 months. So it's not that much compare to other private colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not availed any of the scholarships provided by the college. They dont provide any scholarships to the students but being in the premier institute you get some scholarships outside the college but I have not availed any of them.

Campus Life

2

College does not have their own campus right now , and the campus they are in is very small. So, sports facilities are not that good. They do not have much extra curricular activities taking place. Some of the labs are good but some are not even there in the college and you have to go to other colleges to attend the labs.

Alumni/Alumna

There is no such strong alumni network of the college students.Buf seniors are very helpful if you ask them for help. There is no ragging so you don't have to be afraid of any senior and you can talk freely with them.

Admission

To get admission I created an entrance exam namely jee mains.Currently , there are only 3 branches in there so your rank in jee mains has to be under 6000.To clear jee mains, you need to have thorough knowledge of physics, chemistry and maths as more than 10 lakh people appear for the exam.

Faculty

3.5

College faculty keeps on changing at a rapid pace. So you can't really define how good the teachers might be.But most of the teachers are good and supportive only if you want to do something big in their fields of interest. They follow the strict rules and you can't expect support if you want to do something out of the league. All of the teachers are highly qualified if strong commands over their subjects.

Placement Experience:

Placements at my college are average, students become eligible from around the 5th semester. A few companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in entry level positions. The average package is moderate, while higher package are limited. Around 70 to 80% of students get placed. I plan to focus on skill development and explore better opportunities after completing my degree.

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is very relevant as it contains useful concepts which a management student should know. And the concepts are very comprehensive and easy to understand. Examples are given in the curriculum which prepares us for the real world. Some teachers use the presentation based teaching which is good and should be encouraged. The exams are not that difficult for one who is atleast decent in studies.

Placement Experience:

Placements are available in college, the drive is quite extensive, everyone is made aware of the choices and options and counselling is present too. It is from the third year, students are eligible to apply for placements. Companies and organisations take part such as Niti ayog, Times, Geostrata, Prajatantra foundation, etc. Those who desire usually work on their CVs, keep on doi internships and then get a placement. The packages are not that impressive to be honest.

I got a seat in Ramjas College. It is a north-campus college. The infrastructure is too good compared to the remaining colleges. The teaching also going well but I faced some language problems. I'm from south India so I don't understand Hindi properly. But here mostly they teach in Hindi only and English is used very rarely.
