The curriculum is good for sure. But I personally feel that the syllabus content is outdated for today's generation. I feel syllabus must be updated at least for every 5 years, so that students can merge with current situations. Timings for Mid semester would be 90mins which maybe quite difficult to manage for theory subjects. Timings for Final is 180mins which is enough to solve.

Internship opportunities are very good on campus with huge number of students getting good opportunities in top MNCs to build their skills. Minor and major projects are being done before the internship to give students good exposure for real-time development. Stipend received according to PA is 6 to 10 LPA

From 3rd year or 5th sem students get multiple internship opportunities on-campus. There are more than 500+ companies visiting to our college for placements every single year with a good placement rate. Highest of previous year stood at 66 lakhs, whereas 11 lakhs was Average package. Almost 80% of students are managed to get placements. My plan is to get placed in good MNC.

There is a scholarship scheme that can be availed using VIT's exam called VITEEE. I have written VITEEE, and got 30,000 rank. Through which students can apply for counselling through paying 5500/-(Non-Refundable). After appearing in counseling, I have applied for ECE in VIT Chennai and CSE Core at VIT-AP. I have received category-1 in which students have to pay 198000/- There are 5 categories, which maybe varies according to students ranks. Category-1 : 198000 Category-2 : 298000 Category-3 : 398000 Category-4 : 448000 Category-5 : 498000 And students can also join VIT-AP through APCET exam which is known as EAMCET. In this students will have limited seats with 70000 fee which may vary now. The joining time fee will be fixed for 4 years of your BTech.

VTAPP and VITOPIA are the two biggest annual events conducted in our college every year in a grand scale. Clubs are very useful to get knowledge and enough exposure of outside life, with multiple events and hackathons to boost up students. Books and journals are available in wide range across our campus library and online portal. Sports are also given one of the main priorities in our campus to skilled students.

The hostel facility is very good. They are built with very good quality and maintenance and food is also very good. But there are some harsh rules which needs to be followed. But accommodation costs are too high.

I was just trying to get into NITs or IITs, but I couldn't clear it. So my fist choice was VIT , mainly because of its placements and good will. My preparation was not enough for JEE to clear it, henace I managed to clear VITEEE to join VIT for CSE branch which was my main preference. VITEEE exam should be written by students to get admission. And there's no particular cut off score. You will get your rank for every score, but based on your rank, your selection for VIT varies.

Faculty to Student ratio will be approximately (1:50) But every student will have their personal mentors for all the support which is in 1:15 ratio, which is an appreciable thing. I liked personally many faculties from IIEC(Innovation cell), because their enthusiasm towards students career is very good. I don't want to mention faculties which I don't like but ofcourse there are some faculties who are harsh with students. There are 3 main exams per semester which is as following: CAT-1(2st mid), CAT-2(2nd mid), FAT(Final) Difficulty is based on students preparation. Fail students maybe 20% in class.

No GD, Interview was not conducted. There was a written test VITEEE exam. It consists of Aptitude and MPC. Everyone attempting the exam will get their respective ranks without any cut-off. But seat allotment in counseling for admission purely depends completely upon ranks. Preparation for these is enough through 12th study or also JEE Preparation. And you can easily crack the exam.

Nightlife is good in our campus. But there are various timing restrictions which is to be followed strictly in our campus. Gym, Library, Public areas close at 8:30 PM which is not a good thing. But the food available in campus cateens and food street is good with wide range of varieties for across al indian students.
