An ideal college to get admitted. It is located in the heart of South kolkata. My College is popularly known as South City Night College. Whoever takes admission in the college will surely get proper guidance from the faculties of the college.
Course Curriculum Overview
A variety rang of courses are offered in our college but for Bachelor of Commerce, our college is famous. When we were student in the college, there were one annual examination in three years each and two internal examination were used to held in the colleges. But nowadays the college takes examination semester wise. So there are six semesters as well as six internal examinations in the courses.
Placement Experience
No internship as well jobs are offered from our college. But many sorts of workshops are being organized by the various types of companies. The college takes many practical initiatives in order to make the students more potential for the world of jobs.
College Events
Many social initiatives have been taken by the college administration. Many sort of workshops are arranged by the various companies, social alert programmes are also organized by the authority of the college. College also organized Freshers Party for the newly admitted students I mean the students of First Year.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible. Our college is government undertaking college. So the fees charged for the courses offered are way pocket friendly than any other private colleges. No lumpsum amount are charged in the time of admission.
Fees and Financial Aid
Many sort of scholarships are offered by the government. West Bengal Chief Minister Releif Scholarship are there for the students who secure at least 65% in their Higher Secondary Examination may entitled to get Rs.10000 or college fees whichever is lower.
Campus Life
College Football Team are there who participate every year in the various Football Tournaments held in the City of Joy. Big laboratories with fully equipment are there for the students who have practical in their prescribed courses.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes there are alumni association in the college who are very helpful. The seniors also help their juniors wherever they needed. They didn't hesitate to help their juniors and they help with their core of heart.
Admission
After the publication of my Higher Secondary result I filled the application form from the website of my college and after completion of application I had to pay an application fee. After some days the college published the merit list and my name came to the first list. I took my admission on the prescribed date by the college by paying admission fees to the said bank and then I had to submit it to the College and they verified my documents and admitted me to the college and gave a stamp of college in the backward side of the mark sheet of my Higher Secondary Examination.
Faculty
A numerous range of experienced as well as helpful faculties are there in the college. Whatever problem a student facing, the faculties sort them out as soon as possible. The faculties regularly takes classes.
