Likes
- The first thing I liked is the lab . It is good with good facilities and instruments and the faculties in the lab are good
- And the other thing is the Library. We have a very big central library which has so many useful books .
- And also we have a department Library which also has many books . And if we couldn't go to central library then we can easily access books from our dept Library
Dislikes
- The first thing is the very big campus where we will have to walk so much to reach to the central library and for other cyber works .
- And one more thing is we have less number of professors. It is good compared to student teachers ratio
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this field by taking the inspiration from one of our lecture in my graduation college . And most importantly I liked the course Iam actually interested in the course so much so I'm willing to continue my further studies in this field. I am confident enough that I will get jobs in this field as I have already researched the scopes in real world . The timing of the exams for internals will be 1 and half an hour and for sem it will be three hours .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees I paid was 14158 rs for a year including registration fees, admission fees and all the other fees. It was govt seat for management quota it is 51000rs . I got selected for the govt seat as I got ranked in the entrance test and I also had a quota related nss certificate so it was easy for me to get seat . And the fees of one of my benchmates is same as me . And other friend paid 51000 for management quota as she didn't get the govt seat. We have applied for ssp scholarship but we didn't yet get the amount as it is not yet approved.
Campus Life
Here there will be youth fest in the starting days of University which was in November month where students can participate in different competitions like singing dancing, skit ect . And some of my friends also participated and got the certificate which is useful in the future. There will be 2 library cards we can get and one library card for one book and that is for ten days .there will be sports competitions are also held
Hostel Facilities
In the room there are beds provided and a study table and chairs . And about the meal quality it is ok ok but it doesn't suits our type of meal as we are from other district . But day by day it's getting good . But the morning breakfast is limited . And lunch and dinner there is chapati ,2 types palya palya rice curd and pickle .
Admission
Actually I didn't applied for the other colleges as I had already fixed my mind to get into this university. So I didn't applied for other colleges. And the admission process of this college was very systematic. At first they selected the students based on the ranking in the entrance test conducted by the university and it also included other quota like sports and they categorised them based on caste also . There are certain number of seats for particular castes .
Faculty
The faculty to students ratio is good but when compared to other departments the number of professors is a little bit less I guess. But we have good lecturers by the way . They are very approachable and friendly to us . I liked most of the faculties so there is no certain names . We have two internals and a sem exam for one sem . As we have the first internal next weeki don't yet know the exam details more. But as our seniors says that they will be a little tough .
Night Life
There are canteens inside the campus that closes in the evening and I don't know the timing of them maybe at 6 . The hostel in timings are 6.30 in the evening and 7 in the morning. There are many hangout places around campus . Most people will be at tea shops in the entrance of the Camus and backside of the campus there is everything available
