College life

Because i wanted to be a CA so i chose BCom Professional. They prepare very well. They make sure we dont fall down any time. They indeed support us for further academic pursuits. Never let us think we are weak in something. Just to have offline classes instead of having that few online classes this improvement is needed. There is a good timing of 3 hrs for exams but just wish a bit of difficulty level to be decreased.

From the 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements. There were a lot of companiss that visited and number of offers were also made. The highest package i guess was 6 to 7 lakhs package and lowesest was 2 to 3 lakhs package whoch were offered from companys and profiles offeres. There are higher percentage of student getting placements. My plans are to go to a good firm and then in 2 to 3 years start my own business.

The first year fees i paid was ?60000. With ?9K for CA foundation course. 2nd year i paid ?63000. 3rd year i paid ?67000. ACCA fees was 70K to 85K all 3 years. BCom was 40K to 45K. BBA was 40K to 45K. Merit certificate was there. There are several scholarships included in our college and most of them have recieved the scholarship amount. While paying fees there are installments of 2 installments to pay. At times due to severe problems people are given 3 installments to pay their fees. They are helping in all the Scholarship announcements on time.

There are a lot of annual and technicak festivals along with the months that are typicakky held mainly College day, Fest, Halloween, Cultural day, etc. There are a huge runge and accessibility of books and journals available in the library. They are very good and knowledgeable books in our library. There aee good facilities and technological provisions within the classroom. There are good number of sports and extracurricular activities offered on campus. There are students whi run social groups clubs or student portals and their impact on student life is very good at times.

I didn't apply for any other college because i always wanted to continue in the same place where i started my studies. So thats the reason i chose this college. I didn't get any rejections as i had got calls for other colleges but i didn't wanna go there so i continued where i wanted to continue. There is not long process when we joined we had go to college and fill forms and pay the first installment of fees if we wanted to pay. Now i think it is completely online based. After 2nd PUC we can join this course. Cutoffs are 50 and above and 60 and above. Overall the admission experience was good as i myself went ahead for my admission.

The faculties are very helping towards the students. They never put down any students. Infact they help the students a lot during their exams are nearing. Faculties are indeed the best supporters. Commerce faculty because they were indeed the best. English faculty as they were so greatful towards us. Hindi faculty as always they use to inform us about activites. Kannada faculty were sweet. Science faculty helpful. Arts faculty helpful. CA & ACCA faculty are the best supporters for CA & ACCA students. I dont think so i didn't like any faculties because all were best in their place and never let anyone harm us or shout at us for any mistake not done by us. There in 3 years we have 6 semesters in between each semester we have once a half sem exams. So total of 12 times of exams. There will be 3 to 4 students who might of not cleared but its their fault as 2 wont come to answer the exam and few take the paper lightly. The course curriculum is very relevant.

My favorite night out spot in our college has to be the honeymoon tree because its usally peaceful at that place at nights. The gym is very good for students. cafeterias are the best, library is knowledgeable and public area closing/ off is also good. The hostel timings are like Monday to Fri in the evening u need to be inside the campus no going out. On saturday sunday u can go out but need to be inside the campus by 5 to 6 pm. Honeymoon tree, College classrooms, Primary schools, Museum, etc everything is famous hangout places. Yes the locality is safe to roam around at night.
