The campus is very good and neat and clean

Course Curriculum Overview

IT sector is now most demanding sector so I choose computer science engineering branch but I did not get a good college so I have to choose this college the frequency timing of the exam is average not very difficult

Placement Experience

The seven semester students are eligible for the campus placement the placement is very poor in our college so we prefer outside campus placements the highest package is 6 lakhs and the average packages 2 lakhs per annum a few amounts of students only get the placement

Fees and Financial Aid

The year wise free I have to pay in my college is 40000 per year and the admission fee is 5000 the development fees 3000 the lap he is 7000 the registration fee for semester is approx 2000 the fees of my batsmans is also same

Campus Life

Due to the small campus and less amount of students our college so our college does not support extra curricular activities what we students are made different types of clothes among Us such as coding club and robotics club

Hostel Facilities

The room is very congested and insufficient amount of facilities are provided fail quality is not good non veg only chicken and peace are provided the process of hostel is based on the fees who have paid

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

The other college I have applied is Odisha University of technology and Indira Gandhi Institute of technology what I got rejected due to the lower ranking in joint entrance examination rank the admission process in our college is based on the JEE mains ranking

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio in our college is 1:5 faculty jar highly educated what the faculties are not permanent faculties the exam is very top and difficult to clear the exam all the faculty I like

Night Life

There are no cafeteria present in our college and no gems are available in our campus only a small library is in present in our college the campus is closed at 10:00 p.m. night the famous hangout place outside our campus is Koraput coffee tea shop

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

I choose the course after discussing it with my parents. So it is not my individual decision. Discipline and time management are the most vital aspects that we learned during those 4 years which really came handy in after graduation.

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .
