- the campus is very good as it is build newly. sports facilities are very good .Nets are provided separately for practice
- the professors are supportive and we can meet them in their respective cabins if we face any academic difficulties
- fests are very enthusiastic and promotes talented individuals in the campus
Dislikes
- the campus is located in a backward town
- there is a language barrier as telugu people don't speak a good english
- food is not good on the maximum days . north indians feel very diificulty in eating south indian food
Course Curriculum Overview
I got civil engineering in my college. As our country is in developing mode the role of civil engineers is going to be crucial.The interdisplinary subjects prepare us for the challenges faced other than civil engineering.each month we have a exam to be specific 2 minors 1 mid term and 1 end term examination.the difficulty level is somewhat moderate.If we thoroughly go through teachers's notes and practice a few problems it is going to be very helpful
Fees and Financial Aid
tuition fee is 125000 rupess per year caution fee is 12400 hostel and mess fee :40000 as i am from ews category my tuition fee is waived off and i pay only hostel and mess fee my classmate tuition fee is not waived off as his parent's income is more than 5lakhs per annum
Campus Life
vulcanzy cultural fest is typically held in february. techkriya technical and cultural fest in held in september. netaji subhash chandra bose indoor sports complex is here for sports like badminton squash,tennis. gym is also provided to maintain the health and fitness student communty is there to help students with any difficulties regarding hostel college
Admission
i gave iiser iat exam in 2024 and i got a seat in iiser thiruvananthapuram in the first round itself. In the second round i got the 2nd best iiser in the country iiser bhopal but my inclination was towards engineering and i alse did not want to study much as in iiser academic pressure is very much.hence i chose nit ap civil engineering as it was best suitable for me according to my rank
Faculty
the faculties mostly are supportive and help the student in their academics.my favourite faculty is samikhya mam whose teaching affects me the most she always appreciates me and love me as a child.the lab faculties are not good they don't explain things in a good way
Night Life
as there is not much like a nightlife here in nit ap as after 12 am it is not allowed to go out from the hostel.For studying BR Ambedkar library is there so that student can study without disturbances.Dokka seetamma canteen is there.as college is situated in backward area it is not safe to roam alone
