- The placements are decent. Avg. placement is around 16-17 LPA and The placement percentage is also above 90.
- The mess food is also good. The hostels are good and worth living.
- The coding culture of the college is pretty decent.
Dislikes
- Curriculum is little too strict. Academics require consistency.
- Campus is far away from city. Hence you need to grab an extra whole day yo visit outside campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course in BTech Clmouter Science is quite relevant as we see hype in technological advancements. The exams are quite hard, for which yiu need to practice and hence, it improves concentration and coding skills....much needed for placements.
Placement Experience
Students from fourth year are eligible for campus placements considering various CGPA criteria. Students can also opt for off campus placements if not satisfied with the college placement. Or you can go for higher studies like MTech etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
Per semester fee for non reserved categories is 88,000 for academic and 25000 for hostellers as their mess fee. Hence the annual fee is around 2.5 lac. The total course fee for BTech for 4 years accounts upto 10 lac.
Campus Life
There are a huge number of clubs offering interests in various fields. The sports field is also good... Clubs except coding, like dance and music and arts and automation and robotics etc are also there.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is good. The food provided is pretty decent considering the amount paid as the mess fee. The electricity is never an issue and so goes for clealiness. Nearby rented room or PG are difficult to find.
Admission
This college is National Institute Of Technology, which makes it a government college. And hence, the fee structure is comparatively less as compared to other private colleges. Although facilities are not much as compared to private colleges, but the fee and placements are decent.
Faculty
Exams are conducted twice each semester. Mid semester exams ans end semester exams. Mid semester exams account for 30 marks, end semester for 50 marks and the rest 20 marks are assessment marks. Assessment marks depend on quiz and class performance.
Night Life
Campus gym, cafeterias and library are pretty good. In-time for first year students is around 8 for both boys and girls. Later on, in senior years, for girls the in-time in 10 pm while for boys, it is not.
