Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is systematic with several internal exam and lab exam. The lab facilities are quite good in first campus and some less for core branches in second campus. But usually the core brach students were taken to first campus for lab especially in fifth and eight semester.
Internships Opportunities
No college not provide any particular internship but as the part of a curriculum the college provide recomandation and reference to go into other companies for internship. The company decide the stipend for that.
Placement Experience
The placement are good and the placement for core branches are low as compare to software branches. But be assured if you study well you will get off campus job very easily with the help of CUSAT degree.
College Events
The college organise various fest like innovate sastrayan vipanchika dishna etc. You may also get and entertainment for playing cpl in second campus held between north indian student of different branches.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is low for keralite and slight high for non keralite.tge fee usually various from 80000 to 100000 for non keralite for different branches. The costltilest brach of cusat is marine engineering with 3 lakh fee per annum.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college will provide scholarship for rank holder of every branch per two semester a sum of RS 10000. Apart from this you can also won a cash prize in various cultural and technical fest like staad pro, auto cad etc.
Campus Life
The college has all the facilities for lab and sport with all the equipment.the college also provide the lab testing which are not available easily like total station etc,regarding sports activities second campus has slight less advance because of it climate conditions as the ground is fill with grass and water
Hostel Facilities
First campus has 4 to 5 hostel for girls and boys and second campus has only one hostel for girls but don't woody you will get all facilities in second campus with well and good cooks. In the second campus you will get pleasure of greenery and healthy environment.
Alumni/Alumna
Ya senior are good and also they help in studies during the exams and full courses and tell how to secure good marks. Respect the senior is the first priority of the student. Dont argue with any one especially the classmates and hostel mates because they are only one who help you in the last
Exam Structure
There are 2 internsl exam in one semester and also one external exam in one semester. There are lab exam also. The pass percentage of internal and external exam is 50 percent and you need to study well for getting good marks in exam because the checking is different.
Admission
There is all India level exam known as CUSAT cat. For which if need to fill online application form and have to secure good rank. The exam syllabus is same as that for jee mains.if you are non keralite then you have to secure rank around 3000 to get first campus and around 4500 to get second campus.
Faculty
There are several reputed facilities who are expertise in their field. My hod has completed his phd from iisc Bangalore and has won phd thesis. There are several other facilities but it's not possible to give details here. Be assured about the faculties.
