Course Curriculum Overview
After diploma in the same field choosing or rather getting admission in CSE department is a privilege. Our course is rather full of technical things and solving the problems. Industry projects are assigned in each semester and making our course one of the best.
Internships Opportunities
Happiest Minds, LTI and Infosys and others have offered internships and they do offer summer and winter internship opportunities to students of our college. Mostly for their Pune wing and they provide all accomodative and food facilities along with a stipend of 10-12k.
Placement Experience
Many means many companies like LTI, Polaris, Happiest Minds and various others takes students are will from Sandip University. Many of them now have their offices in Nashik and the students who are willing to opt Nashik as place of work easily gets job from the campus. 20-25 lakhs jobs have also been offered to students from our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Sandip University is one of the largest private universities in Maharashtra. In Nashik it is indeed the largest and still the fees is more than reasonable as 135k for CSE looks not a big chunk in comparison with ROI that it offers. SC/ST and other scholarships are there and those students are paying no more than 30k a year.
Campus Life
The campus is area wise over 240 acres and has around 25 buildings. Engineering department, management department and likewise every department have their own building. Sports facilities are like we have multiple of every sport. Badminton courts nearly 8. 2 basketball courts, 2 open playgrounds and nearly 8-10 studnets recreational centres. Our annual fest Sandipotsav is celebrated within the campus for 3 days long.
Admission
SIES and some colleges of Mumbai is where I applied for but Sandip University was always in the loop. For Admission in Sandip University one has to have at least a Diploma with 75% or 70% in 12th and 90-95 percentile in MH Cet. If that isn't the case then forget admissions here.
Faculty
Educational qualifications of our professors are such that one can go mad. Our DS professor has done nearly 100+ researches and is among the most sought after professor in the university. His name is Raman Aggarwal and has nearly 20 years of experience in teaching.
Night Life
Students are fitness freak these days and therefore gym owners too have kept this in mind and we have 2 beautiful gyms in My Fitness First and Shree Gym Hub. We also have many good cafes and since Pizza being favourite of many Double R Pizza is arguably the best cafe close to our campus.
