Course Curriculum Overview
My curriculum comes under computer science department. I choose this course seeing the future aspects of the course. The curriculum is prepared keeping in view of the course and the market. One improvement is that they can increase the number of practical subjects.
Internships Opportunities
Many companies like Google, Microsoft and Adobe come to the campus to offer internships opportunities. The stipend is also good and the work culture is quite well. To crack these internships, you have to make many projects to showcase your talents.
Placement Experience
The campus placements is quite good. 4th year students get the opportunity to sit in the placement. Around 50+ companies make their offer every year. Highest package is more than cr and average is around lakh. More than 90% students are getting placements.
Fees and Financial Aid
The year wise fees of my college is around 2.5 lakhs. It includes tution fees, admission fees, development fees, university fees etc. But special scholarship opportunities for special categories students like SC, ST are available. Under this, some students receive 100%waiver in their scholarships. Some get their tution fees reduced and many other benifits. Also their are merit cum scholarships for students with exceptional talents.
Campus Life
Their are usually two fests throughout an academic year. The books of various topics and writers are available within the library. Various computer labs are here and various sports ground are also available. There are also many clubs and societies to further nurture the student life.
Admission
This college is a renowned college across the whole India. It is known for its tech culture and study. To enter this college, I have to take part in the JAC counselling. The overall process was quite smooth.
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is quite good. The faculty is nice and friendly and teach with much enthusiasm. There are two exams in a semester; mid-sems and end- sems. They are not that easy and not that difficuly. With regular study, you could easily ace the exam.
Night Life
The gym here is quite big with various equipments. The cafeteria is also quite big and the library is big and fully air conditioned. The hostel are also well made. The campus timings are usually 10am to 6pm.
