Choose any course only if you have an interest in the field. If you don't choose wisely, you will make the biggest mistake of your life. If someone says that mechanical ha scope, I have first hand experience, ignore those comments. No, mechanical does not have scope. Only computer has.

No it doesn't. You have to search for it yourself. Although it's university rule that college must provide with internships to the students, according to my experience, they don't provide one at all.

If you are a comp student, placements are quite well. But if you are a civil or entc or mechanical student, beware. No. Company comes for these branches. You have to search for off campus placements.

We have a college fest named tectonic. Also there is Sinhgad karandak held every year,except for the last year. Every branch faculty takes equal participation in these events. It's one of the best time of the year. You would probably like being here at that time.

It's currently feasible, as the college is comparatively young. But as years pass by, fees increases, so does the value of college. For open caste people, fees is below 90000 per annum. You can try for tfws if you like.

No there's no scholarship provided that I know of. Although you can contact the proper authorities and ask for yourself. I would like to tell you that the office clerks are not at all friendly. There is provision for tfws in every college. Probably you would wanna check that out.

They are quit good actually. Labs are properly equipped. Sports team is fully functional. There is full support provided to the sports teams by the faculty. There is adequate space for extracurricular activities. There are various activities provisions in Sinhgad karandak. Probably the most active extracurricular space in whole pune.

There is no hostel. There's a private hostel behind the college campus, and there are hostels in vadgaon campus of Sinhgad. Most students live as pg. Canteen is nice. There's an 'adda' Cafe too. Locality is nice around the college. Big parking area. Nice facilities around the college.

Seniors are very helpful. Our college is blessed to have a great crowd of students. There is no conflict between seniors and juniors. No ragging case in college history. Alumini network is quite wide. You can see the actual working of this network during the months of January and February.

It's biased. Everything goes according to university rules. No monkey business is tolerated here. No cheating is allowed. Many students have been detained in the past for cheating in exam. If you wanna go to a college with flexibility, go to jspm. Though, their placement cell is worse.

Through dtemaharashtra. After giving cet or jee exam, apply for dte, and sit in the cap rounds. Give your college preferences wisely. After the college list is declared, if you like the college you like, opt for it or sit in another cap round.

It's new actually. Sinhgad is having some issues recently, hence they have renewed the whole faculty. You might wanna see for yourself how the faculty is. For mechanical branch, I would say that they are sometimes supportive in extra activities. But real support will only be given by comp faculty during submissions.
