JNEC comes under Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar's technical University, which practical oriented so it is very good. The course which I am pursuing is BE in Information Technology which is a 4 years full-time technical graduate degree program.

Internships Opportunities

Jawaharlal Nehru engineering college is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technical University the syllabus of the university itself has an internship so it is compulsory to provide internship to the college.

Placement Experience

It depends on the students' performance. Steinmetz Integrated Software Solutions, TATA Consultancy Services Ltd., Inteliment Technologies Pvt. Ltd., WIPRO Elite, Kanerika Software Pvt. Ltd, VODAFONE, Reliance Jio, Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated or JLL, Byju's, MindTree and many more such companies visit for the placement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible and the fee also can be paid in installments. The total cost of a year comes around 1.2 lac per year including the tuition fee and other fees also.

Admission

I got admission through the MH-CET exam. Admission is done by the jee merit list also. JNEC is affiliated to DBT so the whole admission process is completed under the DBT process. Spot admission is also done.

Faculty

Faculty of Jawaharlal Nehru engineering college is very good and Supportive. They support activities other than regular studies. They have excellent knowledge of the subjects they taught us.

College review for better selection for better opportunities in future

Placement Experience:

From 4th Year students are eligible for campus placements. The companies that visites my college campus are accenture, capgemini, tcs and many more . The highest package students get places are 12-14 Lakhs per annum and average pakage is around 4-5 lakhs per annum . The percentage of students get places is around 60-80% and majority of them are from CE and IT . Many of them try to get placed from off campus due to their desired companies they want to join or they want more packages

Placement Experience:

In Kit college their are some rules for placement drive. In 7th sem companies started to visit our college. During my placement my engineering percentage is around 70 and I am able to attend every drive. Once student get placement offer from one company that student is not allowed to apply next company which package is near to previous company. Placement in Kit college in my year is 70 to 75%. The unplaced students have decided to go for MS.

SAKEC- best college ever

Placement Experience:

Sakec have many job/internship opportunities. The college provides different trainings and intership opportunities. Currently, in 2023-24, 42 students have alreday been placed with 25 LPA (highest CTC offered). College have tie-up with many reknowed companies. The highest salary package offered is 24 LPA. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA. My plan after getting the degree of bachelor of engineering is to go for masters and acknowledge more and more knowledge in engineering filed. And be my level best. I'm also looking forward for opportunities to go abroad for my mtech degree. Future my expectations form college are High. I'm sure being a student of such prestigious college with help me alot.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

After 6th semester, Students are eligible for campus placements. ONGC GAIL SAIL IOCL etc are companies with an average package of 10 to 12 lakh per annum. Placements are more than 80% ,it mainly depends on the skills you develop. Not as FireMan, as Fire Officer at least.

It is a great college for learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm choosing this course because I'm interested in programming languages. Faculty members here are at the best level. They are very supportive and knowledgeable. They made lectures most interactive. All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.

I was allotted zeal college of engineering pune thru mht cet cap round and I chose jnec over it as i found jnec to have a few extras over zeal and also jnec is closer to my home town I was not rejected from any college and in jnec you get admission thru their own allotment process they take jee mht cet and mgmu cet results for admission any one of them is okay to you can get in with a mht cet score of 70 percentile or above but it differs every year...Read More
