Course Curriculum Overview
The course is that which is followed by Cardiff Metropolitan University. Our curriculum is based on practical knowledge. We have 80% percent practical and 20% theoretical learning. We are assessed on the basis of assignments. While we make an assignment, it helps us to gain knowledge in a different way
Placement Experience
The placement rate in our college is really good. The average package we get is something around 12 lakhs.
College Events
We have almost 16 different clubs, each club has its own flagship event, Midnight sunrise being one of the most important events. This is a networking concert where corporates from different companies and students from different colleges come and share their views.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The BBA course has a fee of 5.5 lakhs rupees per year. If the integrated course is chosen the fee extends up to rupees 6.76 lakhs. The fees include academic and hostel fees. There are other expenses, which include traveling costs as the college is 9 km away from the main town, Karjat.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, I have not applied for any scholarships or education loan, but few of my friends have got sponsorships up to rupees 1 lakh and it also bank loans.
Campus Life
The campus life at UBS very thrilling and different. The gender ratio is also good. Of course, there is diversity on the campus as we have a student from different parts of India and also from other countries. Various club activities related to the sport are arranged throughout the year.
Hostel Facilities
The hostel fees are around 1.78 lakhs which include 4 times meal in a day. The hostel faculty is very good and the services such as wifi and etc are really good. The security given by the college is very good and it feels really safe on the campus. The CCTV service is also available.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni network is really strong, on the flagship event which is more of a networking event all alumni come together to discuss their experience with UBS.
Admission
I got admission in this college through an interview process. I was tested on my general knowledge and skills. I had to prepare 3 topics which relate to the corporate world and was to represent any of the topic, as per the interviewer. My communication skills were also tested through this.
Faculty
The college faculty has a highly qualified professor. They have a good corporate working experience. Their knowledge and experience help us to understand the corporate environment. Our classes are very interactive. We have on-campus faculty, because of which we can ask for a doubt solving session any time we want.
