Likes
- Computers availability, labs for the same were pretty much of enough than required.
- There were other fascilities like Gym, table tennis court, cricket ground, basketball court, etc
- Teaching staff like Bilal sir, Rajput sir and Khabayat sir were too good to teach
Dislikes
- Not letting use the sports stuff to students like us
- Teaching staff can be a lot better than currently is
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum followed was curriculum of North Maharashtra University's curriculum only. I chose the course because i had tremondous interest in this field since childhood. I like to spend time with computers and phones so i chose this field.
Fees and Financial Aid
I had taken admission in year 2020. Each year fees was 43000. tution fees was nearly 35000 and rest were other fees. I am OBC cast so i needed to pay 50% fees which is 43000. My friends were from SC and TFWS quota so they had to pay 10000 fees
Campus Life
I got myself involved into coding club created by our professor in the 3rd year of engineering. I also participated and managed the coding competitions in our annual event Milestone. I managed the team for decorating my college campus. I also played to the inter-divisional level matches from my college side in cricket.
Admission
I applied and gotten into the Sinhgad college of engineering pune in first round of seat takings using my JEE score. But i rejected the offer because i wanted the IT branch and also my elder brother suggested me to go for IT branch or CS branch only. As they say, If you want to play, you play hard or you just don't!
Faculty
The faculty-to-student ratio was nearly 4 to 70. The relationship was dependent on the teachers more often, students need to reach out to teachers for more crispier communication. My favorite teacher were Bilal Pathan sir who left just after 6 months of joining the college. I felt they are good because used to take initiatives by himself for things in college.
Interview Experience
No, i did not needed to give any particular test, GD or interview for the admission. Although MHT CET is a mandatory exam that is to be given for the admission but you can also take admission using the management quota.
Night Life
I dit not use to go to college at nights because i was living close to the college. But when in 3rd year and last year an event was organised as a part of annual functions so in that event i had to go to the college at night. The envirnment was pretty safe and special care was taken for girl students as a part of a special bus and a dedicated female coordinator for watching them.
