Likes

Practicals on semester basis for physics and chemistry
Behaviour of teachers and staff with student awere quite good
And overall book delevery and all thinks were very nice

Dislikes

There update on phone like they message and mail are irregular
There some timea teaching methods on practical
And overall irregularities sometimes of teacher and half day class

Course Curriculum Overview

If you study well for the whole semester then this is a good course and you can do your part time job or something else along with this course This course is not similar to any other course except what I have mentioned above IGNOU should work on its Saturday and Sunday classes, otherwise students will not get commission The duration of the exam is very good and there is enough time to complete the remaining paper.

Internships Opportunities

If you proceed and complete your degree then you have opportunity that you can become prof and teacher in their respective subject . But for this you must have cleared CTET and after that DSSSB . And further more for college professors

Fees and Financial Aid

IGNOU BSc Admission 2025: IGNOU’s Bachelor of Science (BSc) program offers a flexible distance learning option for science subjects. This is a 3-year IGNOU degree. It covers subjects like Physics, Chemistry,Biology, and Mathematics. To apply for IGNOU BSc admission students must complete 12th in science subjects. Admissions for the January 2025 session are open till January 31st, 2025. The course fee is ?6,000/- per year to ?14,000/- per year.

Campus Life

Don't know about it bcs I am academic kota student . But my friends are one of them they hav many opportunities in sports and also every college campus have different different programs for du freshers not IGNOU fresher

Admission

I luckily got the same college for which I applied So it is not a matter of rejection, there is no eligibility criteria for this but it is mandatory to pass 12th from any recognized board and you should apply, confirmation mail will be received in 1-2 months. After coming I will get your ID card, you download it and send it via next mail

Faculty

Over all marking scheme for exam is quite good on the otherhand passing for practical is quite good but it is not easy in early year If you are not preparing well then it hasany chances that you may fail and personally I say faculty is absolutely good of ignou they response like school teachers especially ombir sir (physics) an lab attendant also is a good teacher and as well as good person . All exams are difficult except english I'm ignou

Interview Experience

There is no interview in ground state only addmission from online ignou samarth website and you get your admission in nearly 30-45 days Qualification as I discussed and nothing more than this actually

Night Life

Delhi is safe so night life is quite good and afte all I am proper resident of delhi so I have to down college to home There are too many hangout places in delhi nearby clgs but near rajdhani college only one hangout place is Delhi darshna park

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

I choose IGNOU because it offers affordable and flexible education compared to many regular colleges in signal is a recognise centre University it's degree is valid across India in the low fees structure made it the practical option for me the flexibility to study from home and the manage other responsibility was the main desert I prefer IGNOU over other colleges I had considered near by regular colleges as well but their fever much higher and the required which was not suitable for me from my situation IGNOU provides could study material I structure syllabus and the option to appear in exam at can be and centres which made it a better choice the admission process online I fill out the application without any difficulty the confirmation was received within a few days and the process was smooth and translation without any difficulty overall IGNOU was the best choice for me because of its affordability flexibility and recognised degree making higher education accessible and convenient....Read More

All about IGNOU

I applied only to this college because of its flexibility ( you can choose your exam centre anywhere in India), affordability and degree recognition, not because it was my dream college. I didn't applied to any other college. The eligibility for admission is based on minimun academic qualification like 10+2 for UG programs. Only some professional programs may have entrance exam but for general UG/PG none are needed. no competitive cut offs admission is fully online and transparent with minimal paperwork....Read More
