Honest review about college

college is good its just hectic managing college life cocurricular activities and personal life but it is not impossible. the total number of students gives a competitive edge to all. management is not upto the mark

course curriculum is very nice also it is very hectic. mba is all about the cases and presentation, it really brings out the best in you but you also should be interested towards the curriculum. there is trimester system

yes college does provide internship. i got in HDFC bank from college itself. there are many more companies which comes to college. placement officer is good. but truly you have to be better than others to grab best opportunities

i am still in curriculum so i don't have experience about the placements, but i see weekly about 2-3 companies lining up so in general placements are good but theres' too much competition as there are more than 1K students

there are many events but majorly they comprises of technical or managerial skills. more than events theres weekly guest lectures which are 90% of the times effective for your career, otherwise there are Days like traditional and etc on several occasions

fees are expensive, they have not given the proper fee structure to any student sometimes some faculties or employees go rude if ask about that questions. there are separate exams fees, trek fees(which is compulsary event), uniform fees , etc

college in first year give scholarship on the entrance exams result and in second year it gives on the 1st years result. it also gives scholarship to mit graduate student. scholarships are 50%, 10% respectively

there are not much extracurricular activities focus is on mba more so there are co-curricular activities. teachers aspire students to get some certifications from outside. as i have mentioned earlier there are weekly guest sessions

college doesnot provide any hostel but there are too many hostels and flats available in nearby are and its pune so due to 2-wheelers many students live around 5km radius for cheaper flat rates. but hostel is not problem in pune

i am not yet an alumni so i genuinly have no idea about the alumni network of mit. but i have seen so many students coming to college from work life to meet to the teachers then teachers has introduced them to us but idk whether theres any formal page or app for this

just like the curriculum exam structure is hectic in every trimester there are 2 exams one main external and one internal evaluation. also the end % are also depends upon attendance class participation and many more factors deeply

mit has a online admission process for first round where they select all the interested applicants according to their entrance exam performance nearly all entrance exams are there to get into the college. then they have a gd and pi rounds also their selection criteria is 5% work exp 25% entrance 30% gd 30% pi 10% acadmics

faculties are great. i am in finance so finance are faculties are very good but they are strict about marks. if you give your best everyday in the class then you can score a lot. faculties are are helpful
