Remarks

Positive point of our college is best teacher, education and infrastructure. In the placement of my college is medium. Exam structure is also medium. The negative point of my college is highly fees structure.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum is rich and covers varied course giving the student a thorough knowledge of agri sciences. The course is divided in 8 semesters out of which 1st to 6th sem comprise of continuous learning I.e it forms the base for the student.7th and 8th sem comprise experimental learning program, educational tours, industrial training, field visits.

Internships Opportunities

Internship is compulsary for students to get practical knowledge. Every students of b.tech is mandatory asked to do internship in well recognised company to get better opportunity for learning more than theoretical knowledge.

Placement Experience

3

Placement is good. This college student working on CFSL and SFSL also some private labs like SAGAR and important places. Job opportunities depend upon student work if the student is excellent may he will get the job as SFSL director and if he is average may be he can get the job as a lab assistant.

College Events

4

Our college is very famous for celebrations as almost all festivals are celebrated there with great enjoyment. As our college was funded by Christian Community, during Christmas the environment was very lightened and sparked. We all were engaged in participating many events like cultural sports etc. There were a lot of activities regarding music dance etc.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was expensive but for some of the courses it was not expensive. But overall we can say that it was expensive. For my course , the semester fees was Rs. 25000/- and it was not expensive at that time. Hostel rooms and mess fees was on higher side.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is available to students who are coming from weaker section. This provision of university is to giving opportunity for students from weaker community. Loans facilities were there but we're not very prominent. No scholarship for toppers. Scholarship also available for religious minority students and some state scholarships.

Campus Life

4.5

It have various labs. There are more computer labs, chemical and physical labs. This university have a big play ground for sports. University held more competition in sport. In my opinion sports facility is good.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

My response and memories for hostel facilities were mixed as I stayed outside like a day scholar. I found and heard a lot of negative things about hostel like rooms not clean , bathrooms and toilets not hygenic , drinking water facility was not proper etc but one day I ate at hostel mess and the food was tasty.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior students are very helpful. Many senior students helped me. I recommend new student if you have any query please meet your senior. They are very helpful. There are not require any alumni network.

Exam Structure

The exam structure is very good we give exam in our faculty. the teacher asked to our hole syllabus we have to prepare for the exam with the hard work. End term exam is may be 30,40,50 to depend on the teacher if the teacher takes three assignment, practical, viva and three test then the end term exam is thirty number.

Admission

First you should submit admission form in the month of February -march. After than take entrance exam in the month of april - may. After examination you will get AIR rank by university. After that you must go to direct interview. You can know all information in the university website "shuats.edu.in".

Faculty

4

The college has a diverse faculty having rich learning and teaching experience. The faculty is always ready for helping the students and provide theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the students. The college campus has vast fields which aid in demonstrative learning. The departments have well equipped laboratories and the best feature is the student does study on the basis of rote memory.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Greater Noida Institute of Technology (GNIOT) are decent but not exceptional. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester onwards. Companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys visit the campus, along with some startups, and offer roles mainly in IT support, development, and trainee positions. The highest package offered is around 8–10 LPA, while the average package ranges between 4–5 LPA, and the lowest is around 2–3 LPA. Approximately 60–70% of students get placed, while others either go for higher studies or off-campus opportunities.

Reviewed on Apr 7, 2026(Enrolled 2025)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

Placement Experience:

Around 70–80% of students from the course get placed through campus recruitment drives every year. The average package ranges between 3–5 LPA, while the highest package can go up to 8–10 LPA depending on skills and performance. Top recruiting companies include TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, and other reputed firms. A good number of students also secure internships in companies related to their field, which helps in gaining practical exposure and industry experience. The common roles offered include software developer, data analyst, trainee engineer, and support roles, providing a solid start to students’ careers.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.
