Since Jawaharlal Nehru Nationl College of Engineering comes under Visvesvaraya Technological University, belgaum and it follows the same syllabus prescribed by the same university. Course have 8 semester and total 64 exams which includes theory, practicals, projects, seminars and internship including electives. Though it is not so updated, syllabus is about par level.

No.We have to search internship of our own for our self. Our college does not provide any internship of its own, but there exists some startups in campus which provide internship and work-shop experience.

Since college is not located in high grade city, package range is obviously less. Though Placement statistics is not below par, still its not at the level of appreciation when it comes to package amount. We can say its average.

There is an annual college festival 'Tech-zone' and 'janvey' which are technical and cultural events respectively. Ethnic days and sport's days are celebrated yearly. And every branch has its own festivals yearly. So college is always active culturally, technically and sport area.

Since its located at medium level city, you can expect a moderate/decent fee structure which can be affordable. And each branch has its own fee ranging from INR 1,25,000 to 2,00,000. And its been moderate to localites compared to facilities it provide.

College wont provide any scholarship of its own but you are eligible for all scholarship provided by any institute or government. And you will get loan from any bank if you provide particular details of college.

Labs are sophisticated and well maintained. You have good seats and infrastructure of lab. Sports department is good and there exists nice grounds and equipment and supportive staff. You can participate in cultural activities with all support here.

Hostel is good and well maintained. You can have different level of sharing rooms like single, two-share, three-share, four-share rooms and they are nice to live. And more importantly mess food is really good and I'm sure you will love it

Though it has very influential and high positioned alumni, still alumni network needs to be more effective and practical. College need to work on this with idea of betterment placement section. They are not so effective still.

Since Jawaharlal Nehru Nationl College of Engineering comes under Visvesvaraya Technological University, belgaum exam structure follows university pattern. Odd semester ends at january and even semester ends at june. Exams are 80:20 pattern for external:internal and exams are held with well manner.

College has all available type of admission types like CET quota, COMED-K quota, Management quota and have respective fee structure. I joined this particular college with CET qouta. You got some good amount of seats here for both CET and COMED-K quota. Admission follows the methods mentioned by particular boards and management seat has its own set of fee structure.

Being Electronics and communication department student, our faculty range is well mixed group of experienced and young lecturers. They are enthusiastic and helping in nature. They love to live with student and they are adourable.
