Remarks

The management was not pro students. There were political motivated activities which were completely against the betterment of students. This was unhealthy.

Entrance Preview

CAT. Admission process was generic with a round of group discussion followned by Personal Interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

Finance, Marketing, International Business, Economics, Human Resource, Quality Management, Human Resource Management, Business Communications. The course was a dual specialization course.

Internships Opportunities

No company came, searched on my own. I went on to search for a company which worked on Billion and commodity space. It gave a lot of experience on different inter nation market and the dynamics with which they operate.

Placement Experience

2

It was ok. College company offerred 3.7Lakh pa. The organisation's name was Magma Leasing Corporation and offered a role of Management Trainee.

College Events

0.5

There were multiple college clubs and events which used to take place. Again some were active and the reset were just for name sake. Of course there were no national level festivals which were organised.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It was ok. The fee was neither very high nor low. Of course the add ons were irritants which are laptop cost, hostel expense and the cost of one foreign trip which had to be bourned.

Fees and Financial Aid

There was no scholarship or loan provided by the college. I had to apply for a student loan from one of the leading bank in India.

Campus Life

2.5

There were no better. The campus life was as good with friends and the best part was the Art of living International headquarter which was at a stones threw. There was no facility to enjoy the extra co curricular activities.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

Again hostel was ok types with no facility to enjoy the extra co curricular activities. The mess food was pathetic and the quality standards were extremely poor.

Alumni/Alumna

Of late i can see few alumni network events however dont have a lot of motivation to attend them. I have been part of few meetings at a city level which were attended by 15-20 folks.

Exam Structure

The examination was conducted through theory based papers with cliche of case study which was worthless and of yester years. Few papers were put nicely and added a lot of value due to its importance.

Faculty

2.5

Some excellent, some good and some pathetic Few faculty were hands on with practical market conditions and contemporary trends in - they were able to bring out the relevance and importance of the subject.Few were completely useless.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are good for marketing specialization. Compared to other specializations, from semester 2 itself, students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI Bank, and HDFC Bank visit the campus. The highest package this year was 40 LPA, and the average package is around 6.5 LPA. The percentage of students getting placed is 70% for now. After getting the degree, selection in a good company is my plan.

Placement Experience:

The average package offered is moderate and there are limited opportunities for high paying roles compared to top tier colleges. Companies that visit the campus are mostly small to mid sized organizations. The placement cell is very supportive and conduct training sessions such as aptitude tests, mock interviews and soft skills development to prepare students for placements.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college is decent, wiyh around 90% of students are getting placed. Students usually become eligible for placement in their final year and the college provides internships opportunities before that, which helps in gaining experience. Many companies visit to campus mainly from marketing and sales, along with some roles in HR and operations. The number of offer is good but option for finance and analytic are comparatively limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage
