Likes
- The College campus is well-designed over 250 acres having good academic and living facilities.
- The Classrooms are too huge, The classrooms are equipped with modern AV aids, labs are well-maintained and function very well, while the library is pretty good as a lot of books are available and students are not charged with any money.
- College has multiple building for various departments and 5 canteens in total which is by far the best as compared to it competition. For Sports Collage have grounds it is pretty cool.
Dislikes
- The College campus is slightly away from the city center, which can make accessibility a bit of a challenge.
- However, fees are quite High for a few courses. and to be honest the Sandip University, faculty members are average. in recent months the faculty members have been changed.
- The teacher-students ratio- isn't too good as there are simply a lot of students, the girls and boys ratio i didn't know but maybe it is 40:60. girls are less than boys in collage.
Course Curriculum Overview
Sandip University, is specially designed for technical fileds like engineering and technology. Subject like Computer Science and engineering, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning were key factors that influenced my decision to choose this course, as they are highly relevant in today's job market.The curriculum of course is hands-on learning through internships, live projects, and workshops which is help to student for real-world challenges. also college conduct Soft skill training and aptitude sessions for career guideline. Sandip University, has some suggestions for improvement like Updated Content, Teching Method.The Exams are conducted twice per semester mid-terms and end-sem exams along with practical assessments.
Fees and Financial Aid
Sandip University, Nashik in this college i choose B.tech CSE Course, Because it is one of the populaer branch. Here college admission, it is very simple and straight forward.You just select your branch provide some details, and pay insallation amount. The college fee per year is Rs.1,12,000/- (in 2022) . and at the admission time you just need to pay some amount like Rs.10,000/- or more than that. and the good thing is that there is no hidden charges, but at the year of admission you have to pay the collage uniform fee. (I paid Rs.5,500/-as of 2022), apart from that no extra amount is required. College does not provide any scholarship to any category, which means all the students pay the same amount of fees. There are no registration/ admission fees. The installment/ initial fee is simply innclude in your collage fees. The College also accepts loan payments and cheque transactions.
Campus Life
The collage/ campus life at Sandip Univesity is very good and collage gets a huge credit for it. Although I'm not a huge fan of events. Events act as a get togheter becuse everyone attends the college events. There are certain clubs like MESA, CESA, Music,etc. I'm not aware of these clubs anymore. Regarding college fests, it is very good as it is hels during night and everyone has fun. Fests are hels twis every year, usually in October and March. College also celebrate the Ganesh Chatutrgi, Rang-Panchami, Diwali etc Festival. My Experience at college life was pretty good. The college provides enough freedom to have fun every now and then.
Admission
If you have low prcentage then please go with sandip university, if you want to enjoy college life then also sandip university is best for you. Before deciding on Sandip University, I applied to several colleges, but For CSE, IT the cutoff was high that's why i doesn't get admission in an collage that's why i choose sandip university becuse there is no percentage requirment. there is admisssion process is so simple and sright forword simply you just go to collage select branch and give some details like Full name, Email ID, Mobile Number and documents like LC, Marksheet, photo. and just pay the instrallation amunot that is Rs.10,000/- or more than that. Mine totall fee was Rs.1,12,000/- as in 2022. and there is no exams for admission process that's a beneficial of the collage. In Sandip University, the admission process was student-friendly. The conuselling team was helpful in guiding me through course options, fee structures.
Faculty
To be honest the Sandip University faculty members are average. The teaching method is good as they use projectors in classrooma and provide notes on group or classroom. The faculty-to-student ratio is well- maintained becuse there are many faculyt who can help students. Faculty member i like the most Dr. Anand Singh Rajwat Sir they are my project guide and very supportive. there are evry faculty memebrs are pretty good, helping and supportive. For Exams only Mid-term exams and End-Sem Exams and Practical exams are conducat in Sandip Univarsity. They also provide many workshops, guest lecture,skills assignments. The faculty members are well educated like some are M.tech or Dr.PHD in subject. Overall Sandip Univesity is Good Collage. If You have low Prcentage and you want to enjoy college life then Sandip University is best collage for you. the events of collage every one is attend becuse they celebrate every events in collage. Collage celebrate Diwali, Rang-Panchami, Ganesh Chaturthi.
Night Life
The college campus life overall is very good as the campus is huge with the area of 250 acres. Various aminities are available for students like gym, library, canteens. college is surrounded by mountains and so the surrounding is green which makes we feel fresh whenever we visit the college. The drawback is that, that the college is far away from the city so the students living in hostels sometimes get trouble visiting the city and the students living in the city faces the problem of traveling as it takes soo much of time to travel to the college, for hostelers the in hostel and campus time is between 7 AM to 5 PM. The college provides bus facilities to the student but to be honest the fees is a bit high. there are various hangout places arround the college like the famous Olive cafe and Ocra cafe. The college is safe for the students and free from any ragging activities also it is under complete CCTV serviliance and is guarded by the bouncers.
