True and Real Review

The BSc maths hons.course is very simple and soft. We have Calculus and Algebra as necessary subject. AECC and General Elective have options. After graduation, it has a great scope in teaching and in masters. After the Masters, I can go for a PhD and then for higher studies or research.

The math hons don't have too much scope in placements but for BCom students our college placement cell is like a boon. The Placement are 20/100 in b com. But I didn't apply for any.

As we are in the 1st semester so only teachers day and unofficial freshers held till now which were good enough. In December our departmental freshers are going to be held and the big fest will be held in January 2020. But small events were also celebrated in the college like a festival

I applied for the inspire scholarship and the India government provides inspire scholarship at the national level. They will choose 1% of students from each and every student on the basis of 12th marks. Every Student will be provided 5000 per month to selected students for 3 years.

The campus life is very distracting. If you don't have enough will power for study you can't survive here without being a dump. The gender ratio is almost 8girl:10boys. And diversity is on its extreme level here. you will find different culture peoples belonging to different states. Extracurricular activities are in a good position but not such exposure as the north campus. The competition level is also very low for students. There are no debetes at the college level but you will find a lot of class debates. All over you have to live with"ALL IS WELL"

The Seniors are not much help but you have to interact with them for better experience. The famous Alumni like Raghu sir and Rishab Pant passed out from our college. But the never came back to see their college.

Sri Venkateswara College is one of the best colleges in the south campus in Delhi University. First of all, I filled a registration for Delhi university on 13th June 2019. Then the cut-offs come in August I came in Sri Venketesvara College maths Hons Cut off in. 5th cut off. Then I reached College with all the necessary documents mentioned on DU official website on 23 August at 10:00 Am and after paperwork, I got admission after paying the fee of 13000 within 24hrs. Thus I became a Venky student.

The College faculty is too good and unexpected experienced. And the math faculty is unbelievable and talented. The faculty of BA, BCom and bio are also good enough. The teachers provide solutions for every Question asked by students even after the lecture.
