My college review

Our college chairman is a politician and moreover he gives alot of importance to caste, so they make alot of influence in selecting the staff members and recommendation are very popular on our college. And coming to the positive remarks our college is safest college with no ragging.

I think my course is the best ,but one has to study this deeply and understand moreover our college comes under vishwerayya technological university, so it has to follow the curriculum kept by them. My course contains subjects but alot of it is already exhausted technology only a very few of them belongs to present trends only that is the problem

Yes, it provides internship but not a kind of internship that gets stipend, but instead we have to pay to get the internship.if we are interested we can go join or we can get the internship somewhere.

Placements are good in our college, but as compared to the last few years it is gradually decreasing. It's because of the lack of interest by the placement cell. Even though we get placements from companies like TCS,infosys,BHEL,etc. Almost 70% of the eligible students gets placed no problem with the placements

Our college consists of lot of events and the biggest events are the davana and ethnic day , these are the college events apart from these we have branch events and a university fest. Sports events are separate.

If one gets government seat it will below 1lakh per annum. If he in a special quotes based on merit say SNQ he has to pay below 30,000 per annum. If one gets seat under comedk he has to pay around 1.5lakh per annum. If one wants the management seat if goes beyond 2lakhs as donation and yearly comedk fees has to be paid.

Loan facility has to be done by the students itself form the banks they wish to do college will support that and collect the fees of those students form the banks itself. And coming to scholarship it is based on the category u belong, if u belong to OBC category u will get from 17k to 35k based on the merit. If u belong to sc/st u will get from 45k to 65k

Let us discuss about the labs first, our lab equipments are no so good, as my branch is electronics we need to get all the apparatus perfect to get the expected output but alot of times it doesn't happen. However during exams they provide good components. Coming to sports we have many sports events in our college and we have all the required grounds and indoor stadiums required. We have lot of extra curricular activities too conducted in our college

Hostel facilities are awesome but one gets a problem with the food, because the food items they prepare are so boring that even the food prepared on the special events also will get bored. Other than that the facilities offered are good,and coming to infrastructure one had the wide place and sports facilities too ,but has to adjust with the old building meals.

Yes alot , as our college is around 30+ years old one we have lot of alumni who are in a very good position many of them even are He's in reputed companies and they will come to our college for the placements and give some useful information based on the technologies they are using in their companies.

We have to write 3 internal assessments out of which best of 2 will be considered, This IA comprises of 20 marks and for remaining 80 marks we have to write the external exam. These amrks are converted to points later.

First I took kcet exam and then I kept this college as a prior college in my priority list and then I got the result that I got seat from this college. Later I can accept it or can go for next round,I accepted and payed my college fees.

Our branch contains faculty with a very good qualification. But like any college there are some faculty members who has qualification but no knowledge, and the most important thing about our faculty I that they give alot of importance to discipline like, have to attend college regularly, if that is attendance shortage one has to call their parents.
