Course Curriculum Overview

3

The curriculum for the first year covers mostly the basic of engineering as a whole to teach you provblem solving, critical thinking , visualization improvement and human interactions. You may also find some subjects easiers or harder than the other. But each has their own use in developing some part of your thinking process. You may ask sometimes what is even the point of studying things you will never use. But the subjects teach you the way of thinking.

Placement Experience

3

The placement is not the strongest point about vnit. I am not saying they are bad. The average package is 10lpa for mining with a 80%placement rate. But if you are capable of coming to this college than you can achieve much more by going into other fields. You can pursue them by joing clubs and. Meeting people. Having the same. Interest as yours.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tution fees is about 150000 per year And the hostel and mess fees is about 64000 per year Their is a fee remission for poeple with family income between 1lakh to 5 lakh per year. The fees for them will be 1/3 of the tution fees And for people with family income less than 1 lakh the tution fees will be nil. Their is nor fee remission in hostel fees.

Campus Life

4

My overall campus life is going pretty well till now.. Apart from the time management skill which you have to learn. Rest all. The facilities for sports and mess are also great and i would advice to join the first year and stay in hostels as it will hell. You get more friends easily.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostel facilities are. Preety good. Most of the student stays in the hostel. The hostels also have volleyball and badminton courts. So students can play inside the hostels. The accomodation is two or three people in one room for the first year.. And single rooms are only provides from the second year.

Admission

I chose this college beacuse of the prime location it is present in and because of the sports and gym Facilities available in the college. It is. Also. Very close to my hometown so that is also a major. Reason

Faculty

4

The faculty members all are really great at their respective fields and have deep understanding of theirs subjects. For first yeat their are also tutorial class for extra practice of the students which have less students per class so that more time can be provided to each students.

Night Life

4

The college is directly next to it park which is known for its food stalls so you can enjoy various great food there. The boys hostel for first year has an intime of 9 pm so you can go out after that. But their are also night canteens inside hostel if you. Want to grab a night snack.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I have genuine interest in civil engineering. The faculty student ration is 1:50. Our faculties are well qualified they are master's degree holders in design and structural engineering. Some of them are PhD holders and many of them have done their master's from NIT and IIT. Term exams are scheduled after every 2 months. it is easy to pass because it consists of 30 marks only.

All faculty members are well-qualified and experienced. The course is very vast but the teaching faculty cover it through their extra lectures and practicals.
